Cons:

Nossa chuveiro estava estragado, deveriam ter verificado antes do nosso check-in, porem assim que solicitamos o concerto fomos atendidos e o concerto foi feito.

eu detestei o atendimento, a recepção é pessima! Os atendentes parece que estão fazendo favor, sempre de cara feia. Eu cheguei a noite com meu bebê eles me informaram que a minha reseva esta indisponivel, que eu iria ter que ir para outro hotel! Eu não aceitei chamei a policia e só assim arrumaram um quarto inferior pra mim ! O elevador não funcionou me colocaram no 10º andar tive que descer com mala e bebê no colo os 10 andares ! Ou seja não dá ! Só passei raiva
