Okay good breakfast
Pros:

Close to attractions like the aquarium and such.

Cons:

Not clear when booking that it was 55 dollars a night to park also charge you 55 dollars no matter what per day I checked out at 6am and still was charged 55 dollars for that day even though I was there until 6am. Also was double charged for parking so was charged at check in and day of check out so watch out for that. And only 1 elevator for 7 floors of rooms and keep in mind all stairwell access is out side so no actual way to go from your floor to the lobby without going through the whole vallet lot or through the main pass through for traffic.

Would stay again. Great place to explore Atlanta. Friendly staff
Pros:

Location was excellent - close to Centennial Olympic Park and the Civil and Human Rights Museum. Walkable to restaurants at night. Comfortable suite with full kitchen was just great. Also accommodated our dog

Great Experience With Hyatt House Atlanta
Pros:

I visited the Hyatt House Atlanta for the first time and I was highly pleased. I was greeted by an amazing front desk agent name Cherell who made me feel right at home. All of the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was in the perfect location if you need to visit downtown Atlanta. If I visit Atlanta again I will be staying at Hyatt House again.

Great location - could use some maintenance
Pros:

The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
Great location. Easy in and out with valet service although valet is expensive.
We could walk to many different locations and restaurants.
Breakfast was fine for us.
We liked having a sitting/kitchen room separate from the bedroom allowing some to sleep in.

Cons:

Mattresses are saggy and not very comfortable. It is also quite noisy from the road below.
Our shower squealed when using - something is plugged up … worked fine but made a lot of noise.
Only one elevator working.

Disappointing stay with long elevator waits and poor management
Pros:

One of the two elevators was broken, so there was always a huge line for elevator. The breakfast was complimentary, but it always ran out. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, except the manager who was very rude when I called about my late check out fee issue. I guess you get what you paid, so honestly the whole experience felt exactly as low-effort as what I paid for.

Just Okay
Pros:

Conveniently located but the hotel was down to one elevator instead of 2 and the stairs were not clearly marked or accessible. It was a major inconvenience. But the room was clean and comfortable. It is what you would expect from a Hyatt House.
