Won’t be back .
Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel . We had no hot water from the time we checked in around 3-4pm til after 11pm . When the water did finally come in , it was cold the entire time . We had to take cold showers . And the time the water was off we were unable to use the bathroom , wash bottles , etc . This was very very inconvenient.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Very clean and modern
Staff was welcoming especially Richard.
Close to Aquarium so we could walk . Felt safe and secure . Would recommend.

The hotel was great. The beds were comfortable very clean room and the staff was very easy to deal with.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the location. It was close to the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the aquarium and all the restaurants!

Cons:

Parking was kind of a hassle. They had valet parking which we should have done. We did choose to park across the street in the Self lot which turned out to be kind of a nightmare due to overcharging.

The staff were amazing!!!!! The location was perfect!!!

Cons:

The room was clean but we did find a random sock behind the bedroom door. Tye valet parking was a bit much, if you don't get one of the 4 on street parking spot you are paying!!!
