Pros:

Any stay within walking distance to ocean is wonderful.

Cons:

Power in room went out on one side of room. Paint is bubbled and peeling off. They moved us to second room and toilet clogged and backed up.
They did give us a partial refund which I have to admit. Was greatly appreciated.

Pros:

Chautauqua met our needs and supported our need to leave a day early when our Dog had an emergency and we needed to get her to her vet. Booking. Com and the Resort worked together and refunded the early day cancellation.

It was excellent we would go again.
Pros:

It was clean and up to date. I loved the activities available. I loved how close to the beach it was and how it was animal friendly.

Cons:

I wasn’t too happy when the fire alarm went off 5 times throughout the night from the bathroom steam. I understand why it’s there. I just wish it was less sensitive to showers since apparently a lot of people like to take hot ones.
