Love this place!
Pros:

We like to come here year after year for the Fourth of July…. Let me tell you, we will continue to come back… year after year! The staff is always friendly and smiling, the rooms are always IMPECCABLE and I just love it here!

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water due to a small problem but they were ON IT with getting it fixed and accommodated everyone for their stays with a few different options

View of the water. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Froendly, helpful staff!

Cons:

Fourth of July pricing. It was comparable to other hotels, but still too much. Prices the rest of the year are much better.

Pros:

Loved having the ocean view. Breakfast had lots of options and good food.

Cons:

I wish there was either another table or counter by the fridge and microwave. Stored all our food items on the bathroom counter.

Good place, but stay in a multi bedroom unit, hotel style rooms are lacking.
Pros:

Pool was amazing!
Hotel was clean.
Location to walking path to beach was great.
Lots of parking.

Cons:

Room was bleak, no photos on wall, really don't believe fan in bathroom worked and had to keep door closed when shower so you didnt set off fire alarms. Kids were not allowed in Hot Tub, which was not very hot.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Great breakfast, great swimming pool.

Cons:

The hot tub was out of service for some repair. They didn't give us any credit for that missing amenity.

Stayed for four nights and went to Silverwood
Pros:

Once we finally got into a non-pet friendly room it was great the room we were in the first time was disgusting stinky and the blinds were broke

I was not pleased that I had to clean the floor myself because the bathroom had pee all over it.
Pros:

The walk to the beach was nice and the new restaurant in the parking lot was amazing!

Cons:

Our room smelled like pee. It wasn’t ready until 4:45pm. And there were pee towels left out on the balcony.

All in all, it was a really good stay definitely will come back again
Pros:

I liked that it was very family inclusive. It had bikes for you to ride and had the pool had a bunch of board games off the side. I liked how it had the volleyball, the outdoor fire pit, the horseshoe, all the outdoor barbecues.

The the bed was uncomfortable

Pros:

It was quiet and had a great view. We loved the outdoor space with the BBQ and firepit.

Cons:

The toaster didn't work great. It took a couple times to toast my English muffin. I think they should invest in multiple ones or an industrial one for all the quests trying to use it.
