Lovely hotel in central Singapore
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful and polite. The whole hotel was very clean. Our room was not big, though the bed was. It and the shower room were perfectly clean.
The in room tea, coffee and snacks were generous.

Cons:

There was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like

Good centerpoint location.

Cons:

Book a superior queen room, got a small room. Requested a window room, got a non-window room. Spoke to front desk, nothing happened.
Aircon keep changing temp to 27 (hot) couldnt sleep straight.

Simple, good value accommodation in a great location.

Great location, could walk to all the major attractions.

Cons:

We paid extra for a room with a window, but it looked directly onto a brick wall so didn't add a lot of light
