Hotel: Lage zentral in Bugis, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Personal freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein: hatten ursprünglich ein Standardzimmer gebucht was klein ist. Hotel schrieb uns an, gegen ein Gebot auf eine andere Zimmerkategorie upzugraden (Deluxe King with Balcony, 30 qm). Haben wir gemacht, gelandet sind wir in einem Zimmer, man konnte gerade ums Bett rum laufen. Der Balkon war ein schmaler Austritt zwischen haushohen Außenwänden. Beschwichtigung: die 30 qm Zimmergrösse wären inkl. Balkon…….

Pros:

I was happy that I chose Victoria Hotel. It was my first time in Singapore, and this hotel was near to places where I could get food and shopping in Buggis Junction and it's the mose safest Hotel. Even there is a bus station in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend Victoria Hotel to anyone traveling to Singapore for holiday or business.

Pros:

The room has everything you need for a basic stay. Don't plan to spend much time in the room as it is quite small but for a comfortable, clean, reasonably priced (for Singapore) place to sleep it checks all the boxes.

Great location but premises need considerable maintenance
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and dealt with the many issues relating to the rooms with patience and good nature. The hotel is also in a great location.

Cons:

There were so many problems with the rooms my friends and I were allocated! We took up the offer to bid for an upgrade to balcony rooms and wished we hadn't. The first room I was offered had a defective aircon unit, the fridge was completely iced up and the promised view from the balcony was non existent. The 'balcony' was a square concrete box and reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room offered was much better, but there were ongoing problems with the air-conditioning which, on one occasion completely stopped at 1am on the whole floor and wasn't fixed until 10am. The phone system throughout the hotel didn't work throughout our stay.

Good stay at Victoria hotel.
Pros:

-housekeeping came daily
-staff were polite and helpful
-room clean and presentable
- central location
- easy to get to all the main attractions
- seven eleven and restaurant right next door
- 2 big shopping malls are close by (bugis +/ Suntec city), local markets/hawker stores all between 5-10 minute walk. -local buses right outside.
- they offer many other services - such as holding your bag if you have to check out but have a late flight- which is good.

Cons:

-the view, my room was facing a brick wall
- the walls are paper thin. I could hear people in their room talking and they weren’t even talking loudly. This was mostly a night time trying to sleep issue . Other than that everything was good.

Comfortable room, great location.
Pros:

The location is great. The staff was smiley and attentive, the free minibar was cool, there's a kind lady who is there to clean the room every day. Even though though the hotel is on a busy street, there was no noise from the cars passing by.

Cons:

Noise from the corridor can be heard in the room quite clearly. If you want to sleep in, you might wake up from the lady who is vacuuming around 11 am.

Was perfect for a short stay, everything we needed.
Pros:

Great location, staff very helpful lent us umbrellas when it was raining gave us great information about local transportation etc.

Fantastic location fo beginner Singapore tourists. Very accessible and lovely staff. However some rooms are not renovate

Great location - close to bugis, haji lane, Chinatown. Has an Indian restaurant downstairs and 7/11 right next door

Cons:

Our bathroom was a bit mouldy, lacked amenities (eg. Toilet paper, conditioner) and our bed was extremely firm

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ideal.
Pros:

Super Lage, gute Anbindung an das Verkehrsnetz. 7 Eleven direkt unten im Haus.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man hatte kaum Platz für seinen Koffer.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht wie auf den Bildern und nicht sehr einladend, sehr spartanisch, unangenehmer Geruch, Bad in die Jahre gekommen
