Heel relaxt kleinschalig hotel met een rustige, landelijke ligging.
Prima ontbijt, dat buiten op het terras genuttigd kan worden.

Cons:

Jammer dat er eigenlijk geen persoonlijk contact is met mensen van het hotel (de receptie is minimaal geopend).
Onze kamer was wel gehorig : de bewegingen van de bovenburen waren helaas te goed te horen.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son excelentes, y el desayuno riquísimo. El personal es muy amable y atento, te hacen sentir como en casa, repetiremos sin duda cuando volvamos a la isla. El mejor sitio para desconectar!

We liked a lot, all atmosphere, independence, vibe - it was really nice.
Pros:

The hotel has its own vibe. Its build in former farm and surrounded by vineyard. Each room has a separate entrance from outside. As result in 8 days we met other people only twice. There is plenty space for car parking. Famous Bandama is only few minutes to drive, you are staying on "outside" of former volcano. If you travel by car its very easy to access North or South of Gran Canaria, almost every part of island you can reach in 40 min. Airport is 20 min from hotel by car. Large bathroom with very good water pressure. Each room has 2 bath robs, 2 towels for swimming pool, 2 towels for bath, 2 towels for hands and 1 floor towel. As the floors are from stone, its wise to take slippers with you. Very good and clean pool. Breakfast - dont expect Radisson or Ritz breakfast, typical Spanish breakfast, bread, meat, butter, jam, ham, some sweets, 2 types of cheese, good coffee. If you want eggs - you have to ask and they will be freshly made.

Cons:

The only thing, if you stay on ground floor, then you can hear neighbors walking above you :)

Ganz nett aber muss nicht nochmal sein

Nette Zimmer, schöne Aussicht und Umgebung

Cons:

Kein Service, keine Bar um am Abend mal was zusammen zu trinken, Kein Restaurant. Alles nur mit Auto zu erreichen. Auflagen der Sonnenliegen vergammelt .

organizan eventos y bodas con orquesta en directo al lado de las habitaciones ( que es de lo que mas hacen)
la habitacion estaba bastante sucia, sobre todo el labavo.
el colchon estaba hundido del centro.
te lo venden como un hotel de 4 estrellas y no lo es ni de lejos. es un alojamiento rural bastante justo

Hele mooie locatie, rustig gelegen. Een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel, een lekker restaurantje in de buurt op loopafstand, prima om de omgeving te verkennen.

Cons:

Niet super erg voor ons, als je niet de hele dag in je kamer bent maar je hoort de voetstappen van de kamer erboven heel goed. Als je rustige bovenburen hebt is dat ok, anders neem ik aan dat dit storend is. En een super mooi zxembad , maar ik vraag me af wie er zwemt als het water 17 graden is. We hebben een hele week niemand zien zwemmen, wij spijtig genoeg dus ook niet.

Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen Umgebung, umgeben von einer gepflegten Gartenanlage und einem sauberen Pool. Die Anlage sowie der Parkplatz sind rund um die Uhr bewacht. Leider war das Personal ansonsten eher spärlich vertreten. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu einem Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, und die anderen Angestellten sprachen ausschliessslich Spanisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte.

Unser Zimmer verfügte über einen schönen, sonnigen Sitzbereich und war relativ geräumig. Auch bei kühleren Aussentemperaturen war es angenehm warm. Allerdings war es im Zimmer recht dunkel, da nur wenig Tageslicht hereintrat, und die Beleuchtung war nicht besonders einladend. Das Badezimmer war modern ausgestattet, jedoch waren stellenweise Grünspan und erste Schimmelansätze zu entdecken. Zudem war das WLAN über mehrere Tage hinweg nicht verfügbar.

Das Frühstück konnte auf einer schönen, geschützten Terrasse im Freien eingenommen werden. Es war reichhaltig und für uns in Ordnung, jedoch hätte etwas mehr Gastfreundschaft dem Service gut getan.

Eine große Enttäuschung war, dass das Restaurant des Hotels bereits länger geschlossen war, was uns erst vor Ort bewusst wurde. Wahrscheinlich haben wir diese Information bei der Buchung übersehen. In der Umgebung gab es nur wenige Lokale, die aufgrund der Feiertage häufig geschlossen waren. Ein Mietwagen ist ein Muss.

Zusammenfassend hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Gran Canaria. Nachdem wir uns mit den Gegebenheiten der Unterkunft arrangiert hatten, konnten wir die Zeit dennoch geniessen.

Personale inesistente, ogni volta la reception era chiusa. Camera non pulita, polvere ovunque, riscaldamento non funzionava. Nonostante le ripetute richieste, il problema non è stato risolto. Servizi assolutamente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, camera piccola e soffocante, con vista inesistente poiché affacciava su cumulo di terra
