It's located in an old residential neighbourhood. Lucky that there's a convenient store downstairs. The eateries around are of very poor quality. Not desirable as a tourist accommodation.

There is a cockroach problem at this property. We found dead cockroaches on our hotel floor. They also sprayed strong pesticides every Fridays, which really irritated our throats. The WiFi is also not very usable for business travelers.

Stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Apartment is big with two bathrooms. Many eateries nearby. There is also a manicure shop and spas/massages nearby. For shopping, Cocopark is about 15-20mins walk.

방이 크고 아주 좋았으나 에어컨 고장으로 불편했습니다 바로 시설관리인에게 확인을 받아 방을 교체했지만 흡연을 했는지 방에서 담배냄새가 났어요 ㅡㅡ 그것외로는 모두 만족 했습니다

More Suitable for Long Staying Instead of Transient
Pros:

Very clean spacious studio apartment with a kitchen on its own.

However the location is not as near as it seems from Shopping Park if you have a luggage to lug along, and is located in the residental area with nothing much to the interest of a tourist.

Great for family!
Pros:

You get to enjoy the Singapore standard. The service apartment has a great variety of choices for breakfast. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Pros:

We stayed at Somerset Grandview Shenzhen for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Units are spotless clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish they spoke English as it would make communication easier. We mostly used google translate to communicate which was ok but direct communication would be better.
