Admiral Hotel at Park Avenue

Too late breakfast startet, at 07.30 AM, we had tours around London, and couldnt get breakfast first because we should go from the hotel at 06.30 AM

Nie podobało mi sie, gdyż po przyjeździe okazalo sie ze musze byc zakwaterowana w innym hotelu. Takze to było nie uzgodnione wczesniej, płacilam i wybieralam ten hotel a zostalam zakwaterowana gdzie indziej. Takze jestem bardzo niezadowolona

Breakfast was okay they give you a lot of food would have liked a little more variety

Stanza e bagno molto piccoli e pulizia giornaliera carente, inoltre offre solo colazione inglese, non vi è neppure una brioche, ma non si può mangiare tutte le mattine uova e bacon… avevamo due prenotazioni di tre più una notte aggiunta in un secondo momento per cambio volo aereo e l’ultimo giorno non abbiamo neppure consumato la colazione perché la cucina apriva alle 7.30 e per noi era troppo tardi…ma l’abbiamo comunque pagata…

Abbiamo prenotato al Admiral, ma ci hanno fatto alloggiare al KingswayPark adiacente. Struttura vecchia, camera e bagno minuscoli. Nel bagno non c’era nulla per appendere gli asciugamani e neppure la presa per il rasoio, il phon era in un angolino della camera. Colazione scadente neppure il pane fresco solo del pane da toast tirato fuori da una busta. La pulizia della camera consisteva solo nel rifacimento del letto.

1. J’ai réservé Admiral Hôtel et la chambre proposée était dans un hôtel à côté qui s’appelle Kingsman. On m’affirme que c’est le même hôtel alors qu’à l’évidence non puisqu’ils sont séparé par un autre hôtel du nom colombus je crois. Quoiqu’il en soit ce n’est pas ce que j’ai réservé.
2. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour un couple avec un enfant de 3 ans avec un prix en conséquence. Résultat une toute petite chambre avec un lit pour bébé pas du tout adapté à la taille d’un enfant de 3 ans. Il a donc dormi avec nous et même si je l’aime beaucoup c’était très inconfortable.
3. Le petit déjeuné est catastrophique, un choix famélique, ça ne correspond absolument pas au standing attendu. Les 2 jours du séjour nous avons repris le petit déjeuné à l’extérieur.
4. Le pire, j’ai oublié mes air pods pro Apple sur place. Après avoir vu la localisation dans l’hôtel Admiral je les appelé mais peu d’aide à ce sujet on me demande sans cesse de rappeler à un autre moment. 4 jours plus tard après n’avoir obtenu quasiment aucune aide les air pods ont été déplacés dans un quartier de la banlieue de Londres. Autant dire qu’on me les volé et que c’est arrivé chez vous par votre négligence et désintérêt.

We could not stay even 1 night at this hotel. When we entered the room, it was full of spider webs and spiders. There was so much dust and webs around the walls. Our room smells like dirt, and it was very messy. Receptionist told us that cleaners forgot to close the window which I don't believe the reason to be this dirty, unhygenic and unhealthy condition. We run away from the hotel at the middle of the night after 5 hrs of flight and 1 hr drive from Stansted airport with my 2yrs old daughter tried to find another hotel at 01.00 am. I requested refund of the hotel price from the Booking and the hotel manager and still waiting for refund because we didn't stay not even one night at the this hotel.. I will never recommend here to anyone who would like to stay there.
