Great service and location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast better than anyone could expect with exceptional service. A great location with walking distance to Paddington Station, hotels, cafes and restaurants and Hyde Park.

Cons:

The room very small and bed lumpy.

Mysigt litet hotell i fint läge och med vänlig personal men frukosten kunde ha varit bättre
Pros:

Personalens bemötande var det bästa! Personligt och receptionisten var väldigt tillmötesgående och ordnade även sådant som låg lite utanför deras ansvar (t ex att värma mat till vårt lilla barn). Frågade när vi kom om vi ville ha någon dricka ned till rummet utan extra kostnad. När ett dricksglas gick i kras på toaletten kom de direkt och städade.

Läget var fantastiskt, med både närhet till Paddington station, restauranger och affärer men också mycket nära Hyde Park vilket var bra för oss med barn.

Mycket mysigt litet hotell i äldre byggnad. Lugn och i princip bilfri gata precis utanför hotellet var bra för oss med barn.

Cons:

Frukosten var begränsad och lite tråkig. Ingen frukt. Två val av flingor, rostbröd, smör, marmelad och ost. Varm engelsk frukost beställs (utan extra kostnad) men var inte heller jättebra. Trångt i frukostrummet. Det drabbade inte oss men många andra sällskap fick stå och vänta en bra stund för att få plats under helgen.

Pros:

El desayuno no es muy grande pero suficiente para empezar el día con energía. Todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel son encantadoras y la localización del mismo es perfecta. Gracias Kevin y compañía por hacernos todo tan fácil!

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et ce sera certainement pas le dernier! Anil nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance, l’ensemble du personnel est toppissime , l’emplacement idéal, la chambre très spacieuse et confortable et gros plus le mini frigo très utile ! Nous adorons cet hôtel à Londres en famille

Cons:

Le seul point négatif c’est l’odeur de friture du petit déjeuner qui remonte dans les chambres c’est tout

Pros:

Quanto ao café da manhã, faltaram diversos ítens, mas no geral foi satisfatório. A localização foi excelente quanto a mobilidade para transportes também foi muito boa.

Cons:

Não gostamos muito do café da manhã. Como já disse, faltaram muitos ítens mas que no geral a hospedagem foi satisfatória com um custo/benefício de razoável para bom.

A recepción a fogadás csodás volt, nagyon kedves volt a fiatalember, kellemesen elbeszélgettünk. A szoba a harmadikon volt és egy nagyon keskeny kis lépcső vitt fel. Amit akár lehet nevezni autentikusnak is. :) A szoba extrán tiszta volt. Az ágy is nagyon kényelmes. A reggeli a számomra kicsit szegényes volt, lévén, hogy vegetáriánus vagyok, de teljes angol reggelit kínáltak. (Bab, bacon, paradicsom, tojás, pirítós) A hölgy reggel mindent is intézett a kis reggeliztető helyiségben. Számomra vicces volt, másoknak lehet kicsit katonás. :)

Cons:

A szoba felszereltsége nagyon régi volt, ráférnek egy újítás az asztalra és a szekrényre.

Soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole
Pros:

La posizione è ottima. Il quartiere è in centro ma allo stesso tempo in un posto tranquillo.

Cons:

La struttura ha i suoi anni, e la camera a noi riservata era davvero molto molto piccola. Abbiamo preso una camera tripla, ma lo spazio per passare intorno al letto era davvero piccolo, meno di 50cm.
