Great location, we would return only in cooler weather.
Pros:

Great location, nice friendly staff

Cons:

No air conditioning, third floor room extremely hot. TV picture buffered all the time. Small choice for breakfast.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett, die Dame des Frühstück-Service mit so vielen Gästen aber leider überfordert.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war mit Möbeln vollgestopft, die es gar nicht braucht - was die Bewegungsfreiheit etwas einschränkte.

Pros:

Very well located and the staff( Kevin and breakfast Lady) were very nice. However, we had to go the reception to have cleaned towels and soap. The room was extremely hot and we were provided a fan that was not working well. We couldn’t even bend in the shower it was so small.Before you book, be aware to ask which floor your room will be located as I had to climb 3 floors with my 80 yrs old mother.
We were also provided only 1 key for 3 of us.
Breakfast was really not great, not even fruits.
I was extremely disappointed. Your room won’t look like the pictures.

Bonne adresse à Paddington
Pros:

Chambre au calme à l'arrière de l'hôtel, réceptionniste aux petits soins. Je ne suis restée qu'une nuit, mais je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.
Le petit réfrigérateur est appréciable.

Nice location, we had a balcony during a heart wave so very pleasant!

Pros:

Une très bonne adresse proche de Paddington
Pros:

Nous avons finalement séjourné dans l'hôtel voisin (mêmes gérants de ce que nous avons compris), car ils avaient des chambres plus fraîches en cette période de canicule. Cette proposition nous a été faite lors du check-in. Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour, accueil très bon, chambre confortable, et petit-déjeuner anglais inclus très apprécié.
