Pros:

Some staffs are lazy. My used plates and utensils stayed inside the first door of the room for 2days or so whivh started to smell. A staff kept on saying few times he will be back to pick them up but he never came back.

Es un buen hotel. La habitación es limpia, el servicio y atención al cliente es excelente. El hotel está bien ubicado y hay suficiente transporte para ir a conocer la ciudad de Manila. En general estoy contento con el servicio y atención qué recibí!

Pros:

Worst hotel to sleep at. Noisy in every corner and i woulf not recommend this place anyone. The pillows hurt your neck and a really thin layer of bed to add to your back pain

Hotel Sogo Edsa Caloocan
Pros:

The room provided was much smaller than any room we would expect in India. The air conditioner was in a fixed temperature of 16 and was not adjustable. Also the room was smelling of cigarette smoke at any point of time. Hot water was not coming in the tap. We were provided an alternate room on the last day, when we asked them to clean the room.

The food service takes along time to deliver us.
Pros:

The room is sanitized. Only to the food service I was dissappointed. It takes 1 1/2 hrs to deliver. I follow up it so many times...

it's good position and the staff is very kind...you can order food in your room and within 5 minutes you got your food 24 hours service so clean so good

I like the location of the hotel.
Pros:

The price that I paid for is worth it. I usually pay the same rate for a nightly rate but I got a 24hr stay to my surprise.

Very close to drugstores and fastfood chains. Will definitely go back!

Convenient location but the room amenities need update...toilet bowls defective,it doesnt flush easily, door knob defective(room 255 my companion).fitted sheet crumpled as if reuse.I praise your staff because they were helpful and smiling. The housekeeping were quick to assist in our complaints.
