Hotel Sogo Sta. Rosa Laguna

Decent overnight stay for a very affordable price. Food was great and staff are very helpful.

The property doesn’t have any amenities such as coffee, toothpaste, toothbrush, wash cloths, shampoo, body soap. The rooms don’t have power outlets beside the beds for customers to use cpap machines. The deluxe rooms are so tiny it’s difficult for a normal sized person to move around without bumping into everything. The bathrooms are small.

Bathroom had “water” all over the floor and smelled very much like urine. There was hair all over the place. Just not very clean. Also the button for the light was broken so I had to sleep with the light on

Staff are very accommodating. Rooms are clean. Good wifi.

Requested housekeeping, but didn’t get any entire time there ... no toilet paper ... no hot water ... supposed FREE calls to America never could connect, with answers that the number wasn’t in service - including the operator!

This trip is without doubt a fantastic stay at Sogo Laguna Sta Rosa

Was okay except for the not so clean towels and cigarette smell upon entering the room.

rates are cool 👍 convenient location esp to where my training class. Close to McDonald. I just didn't like there's no windows in the unit which makes the air and smell of the room not comfortable.

I paid via credit card online for an overnight stay for two, with free breakfast. We were charged for the breakfast upon check out, when the breakfast was supposedly free as it was indicated and confirmed through email. I had to argue with the receptionist and the supervisor to have it all sorted out.

The stay at Sogo is average and by that, I mean it’s just good enough to guarantee a decent night of sleep.

The room was clean but that was about it. The beddings are very basic but aren’t exactly comfortable. The drain on the combined tub/shower could not fully be opened though.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke and was disgusting. I requested to have the room clean after my second night and they did not clean it at all during my stay. I would never go back.

It was all good except the staff in the front desk. They should have a lot of product knowledge and improve their check in/check out process.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. When I asked them to transfer me to another room as I did not like the "garage" room I was originally assigned to, they gave in to my request without any hesitation.
