Nette hotel en service is top
Pros:

Hotel was netjes, ligging dicht bij alles.
Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en personeel was ontzettend aardig,service gericht. Niets was te veel voor ze. Wij kwamen 's avonds laat,hadden geen internet,(hotel heeft wifi maar wij wilden buiten het hotel ook internet/bellen.
Een vd medewerkers is toen 2 simkaarten voor ons gaan halen,later waterfles voor ons geregeld.
Hotel is bij ons bekend,mijn familie heeft eerder daar geslapen.
Dicht bij Fez airport,15 minuten.
Voor langer gebruik ook geschikt,er is een zwembad en overal winkels,restaurants enz om de hoek.
Ik ga zeker volgende keer hier weer overnachten.

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel sont tous accueillants et sympathiques. La chambre était propre et comme sur les photos.
Le petit déjeuner était complet.
La terrasse avec la piscine et le salon ajoute une touche très apaisante au lieu.

Cons:

Une des lampes de la chambre était disfonctionnelle et la climatisation était un peu bruyante. Le reste était impeccable.

De retour dans cet hôtel et toujours aussi satisfait du niveau de service et de confort. Vraiment idéal pour séjourner quelques jours à Fès.

The most bad experience I had

Cons:

The building is extremely old, and the room looked completely different from the photos advertised on Booking. There was a very strong damp and musty smell in the room, and the construction work in the area was extremely noisy, making it impossible for me to sleep.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking. The property is very old and does not look anything like the photos shown on the website.
