La ubicación es inmejorable!! En pleno centro de Oxford.

Cons:

Utter disapointment with this 'boutique' hotel

Comfy bed. Central location near all the colleges.

Cons:

This is one of the expensive hotels we've ever stayed in and it really did not merit the cost. I thought it would be a real treat to stay in a boutique hotel but I won't bother in future. You can forgive a lot if the service is good; however, the 'welcome' was dire from a non-smiling young man looking at his ipad who made us feel like naughty students who's been sent to the headmaster. There was no warning or apology for the extreme heat in our room, no advice on whether a fan had been provided or how to use it, and no offer of helping us with our bags to our room. Truly appalling customer service. I didn't like having to WhatsApp for assistance rather than just pick up a phone. Breakfast, too, was disappointing - in a dark basement, with no full English breakfast on offer; only poached eggs. There was no cappuchino coffee available either, only caffetiere coffee. At least the woman who served breakfast to us was friendly enough. Honestly, in typical British fashion, I rarely complain but I don't want others to feel ripped off like I did.

Everything was great, the breakfast had many options; the room was super comfortable.
Cons:

The hotel was super overpriced; Although Booking assured me that I can pay at the property with the local currency, this did not happen. I sent e-mails to the hotel, but they were not answered. That did not make me happy.

Pros:

The location. Excellent breakfast, furnishings, in room and elsewhere, faithful to the architecture of the building, but with a modern elegance. Staff helpful and friendly. Gave me their help with my luggage and arranging taxis.An incident going on in Oxford on the night , of my stay, could have spoiled things, but it didn't.

Cons:

Everything was satisfactory, but I would have liked a chair in the room, rather than a stool., but I understand the constraints of space.
