JE RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT, SURTOUT SI VOUS VOYAGEZ PAR LE TRAIN
Pros:

J'ai choisi cet hotel parce que je prenais ensuite le train et la gare ONCF est tout près. Chambre très calme sur arrière. Un porteur très serviable pour les bagages et attentif. Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié avec des propositions internationales et d'autres plus locales.

Cons:

A mon arrivée, excellente réception. A mon départ, la "stagiaire" était moins dégourdie et plaisante.
Le quartier est en grands travaux, donc pas ou de mauvais trottoirs, quelques difficultés à circuler. Mais la gare est d'une très belle architecture, comme l'hôtel, splendide spécialement de nuit.

2名で宿泊しましたが、広く使いたかったためトリプルルームを予約していました。
しかし、実際に案内されたのはツインルームで、予約していたバスタブもなくシャワーのみの部屋でした。
フロントで確認したところ、「2名なのでツインルームです」と強い口調で繰り返され、予約内容を提示しても話を聞く姿勢が感じられませんでした。説明しても状況は変わらず、対応は終始威圧的で、不快に感じる場面がありました。
本来必要のないやり取りに約20分ほどかかり、その対応には疑問を感じました。
最終的には別の部屋に変更してもらえましたが、ここに至るまでのプロセスが非常にストレスでした。基本的な予約確認が適切に行われていなかったこと、そして対応の仕方には改善を求めたいと思います。

God beliggenhet, rommet var veldig rent

Cons:

Jeg måtte betale skatt ca. 15 euro, selv om jeg betalte det når jeg bokket i booket rommet. Og i faktura står det hvor mye byskatt og avgifter jeg betalte for per natt. Jeg spurte han hvorfor skal jeg betale det hvis jeg allerede betalte, sa han fordi du booket i et land Europa og det går ikke til oss og dette er ikke riktig. Dette vil jeg kalle svindel.
Varmepumpa bråk som en traktor.
Mye støy fra kjøleskapet, hvor vi måtte å slå av for å kunne sove.

Beaucoup de bruit. Les voisins qui parlent dans le couloir. Il n y a pas d insonorisation. Les portes claquent et reveillent toute la nuit. Je n ai pas dormi. La literie etait tres basique un drap et une vielle couverture.
