La casa molto luminosa e spaziosa ( 2 bagni e 2 camere)

Non c era il phon a disposizione ( ho dovuto comprarlo)
Alle 9.30 di mattina è stata tolta l acqua senza preavviso.
I mobili un po’ antichi, da rivedere.

The property management needs to do better

Very quiet and green complex

Cons:

I have stayed in this complex years ago, and I can tell they have upgraded nothing. The dishwasher still from early 2000’s. The internet is basically never working, so if you are looking to reply to emails or do some work, I wish you good luck.

We stayed there for 6 nights, with no cleaning service or replacing towels. A trip to a grocery store is necessary to buy essentials (paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap…)

Pros:

El personal bastante bien no teniamos la cuna que solicité y al rato me la llevaron y tampoco teniamos mando de aire y me lo llevaron. Me hizo el favor de ponerme en un bajo por el niño y se agradece.

Cons:

La limpieza bastante escasa, tuvimos que fregar bañeras y todo con lejía porque el bidet se notaba usado, al lado del wc habia huevos de algun bicho. No pierden el tiempo en barrer ni fregar el suelo. Los ventiladores llenos de polvo que eran imposibles de poner. El colchon estaba sucio como se aprecia en la foto. Necesitarían también quitar las telarañas que hay. Un montón de hormigas por la cocina, por la encimera y por todos lados de la cocina. Faltan cubiertos. Las de la limpieza se quedaron unas bolsas de hielo vacias fuera en la terraza que sería porque no saldrían fuera ni a limpiar. En resumen, deberían de emplearle mas tiempo y dedicación a la limpieza.

Pros:

A beautiful place surrounded by trees and flowers. The garden is well maintained and inside the residential complex is clean. A very nice swimming pool , not big , but enough to enjoy it.

Cons:

The furniture, sofas and armchairs need cleaning. There were some marks and there was a serious need for upholstery renovation or cleaning.
I saw a few cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom in the evening. The next morning I texted the management, and straight away they brought a spray, which did help. As a suggestion, having traps for insects might be helpful.
