Pros:

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende hat alles perfekt geklappt. Eine sehr freundliche Rezeption sogar in deutscher Sprache. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Bushaltestelle direkt vor Ort - in 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Estepona. In 8 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand - einmal nur über die Straße. Ein kilometer langer Sandstrand ist dort direkt vorzufinden mit einem wunderschönen Promenaden Weg Richtung Estepona.
An der Wohnanlage Restaurants, Tennisplatz und in ein paar Metern weiter ein Bio Laden und Supermärkte.

While the place itself was fine, the service was completely unprofessional.
I requested an invoice multiple times, both before and after checkout, clearly stating it was needed for work, and was ignored every single time.

Estaba en un sitio tranquilo, no se escuchaba nada y cerca de donde queríamos ir

Cons:

No estaba sucio en sí, pero había bichitos, las tapicerías si que daban asco. No había más ropa de cama que la puesta, y mi hija, que es un bebé, vomitó y no teníamos ropa limpia para poner, que habiendo 2 sofás camas deberían de tener de repuesto.

Velice krásný apartmán, ve velmi příjemném prostředí. Bezpečné - apartmány jsou umístěny v oploceném prostředí s brankou na číselný kód.
Apartmán čerstvě vymalován (to bylo cítit). Dvě koupelny. Příjemná obsluha na recepci.

It's sad bc the location is good and all of the issues would be so easy to fix if anybody would care at all

Cons:

Mostly the face that they didn't manage to fix the internet in 3 weeks. Reading the other comments now I feel like they never jntended to fix anything since people complain since years.
Besides that the virtually empty kitchen, stained and dirty furniture, mold and cockroaches added to the horrible experience.
We checked in on February, there's no mosquitos outside...how is it possible that their are always min 10 mosquitos inside? Are they breeding them?
Cleaning personell just enters the apartment without knocking. First time I thought sb is breaking in. The list goes on and on
