A wonderful stay in Sarajevo!
Pros:

While we were travelling to Sarajevo, I received a phone call from the Hotel Hercegovina, where I had made a reservation, informing me that due to problems with the heating system, our reservation had been moved to the Hotel Austria & Bosna, part of the same group and of a higher category (****). An excellent stay, thanks also to the good restaurant and free parking in the garage. Superb breakfast, very varied and high-quality food. I highly recommend the Hotel Austria & Bosna.

Cons:

Leider sehr dreckig viele defekte Fliesen in Bad Balkon ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen so wie auch das Zimmer

الحمام لايوجد شطاف الغرف صغيره وقديمه جداً تحتاج الى اعادة تأثيث الانترنت الدور الاول مقطوع فقط باللوبي الفرشه اللي عند المكيف فيها موية من المكيف بكل الغرفتين اللي اخذت اعتقد سوء صيانه

Pros:

Die Lage war super, sehr zentral gelegen in einem Park voll mit picnicenden fröhlichen Menschen und sehr viele freundliche Wildhunden. Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit mit Modell reifen aussehen und sie kannten sich gut mit Bosnischen schlagern aus.

Не бронирую и никогда этот отель, если хотите хотя бы выспаться

Cons:

Отель грязный, шумоизоляции нет, кондиционера в номере нет
Нам дали конект номер, это такие номера, где есть смежная дверь в соседний номер не выходя в коридор. Такие двери должны быть закрыты, наша же была открыта с нашей стороны и закрыта со стороны другого номера, т.е. когда мы спади высокая вероятность что к нам могли зайти.
В соседнем номере шумели, не спали до 5 утра, администратор не захотела решать вопросы.
