Definitely recommend this stunning hotel in a peaceful and central location.
Pros:

Peaceful location and central to Bath. Beautiful hotel in a historic area. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were friendly and approachable.

Cons:

Unfortunately not having a bath at home, I was especially looking forward to having a good soak but the plug was broken 😔, this was reported but not fixed during our stay.

Pros:

Location, quirkiness, comfy bed, good storage, excellent walk-in shower. Chandelier, decor and high ceilings all create a regency feel.

Cons:

Bathroom not serviced during stay but towels changed if left on the floor. No workable hooks in bathroom. Limited staff presence not sure what it would be like if busy. Lax security, it seemed that anyone could walk in and get to the rooms. Reception often unmanned and no door access controls.

Prettig hotel op ideale locatie
Pros:

Hotel op een ideale locatie, op een paar minuten lopen van het centrum van Bath. Ik werd vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst, check-in ging vlot. Ik kreeg een upgrade en de kamer was ruim voor 1 persoon.
De kamer was verder van alle gemakken voorzien, zag er sfeervol uit. Ook de rest van het hotel was sfeervol ingericht.

Cons:

Heel prettig dat er een lift aanwezig was, maar het bleef voor mij bij eenmalig gebruik: het voelde alsof de lift al erg verouderd was en het duurde wel erg lang voor deze (zonder tussenstops overigens) op mijn etage aankwam. Verder stond de verwarming op mijn kamer bij binnenkomst op 28 graden Celsius! Gelukkig kon ik deze zelf aanpassen en kon het raam ook open.

Kind and helpful - great service and stay thank you.
Pros:

I had unusually GREAT customer service thank you. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
They were very flexible wherever they could be, with parking etc. I also needed help to keep my room a bit later for a confidential call. This was all sorted and no fuss.
This level of service should be everywhere but sadly it’s rare now.
I was travelling alone for business and would highly recommend it.
The rooms aren’t massive because this is right in the centre of Bath, but great bedding and smart clean rooms and a nice restaurant/bar area. Thank you.

Cons:

A bit tricky to find on a rainy night in my car alone. Could do with a better lit sign.

Lovely place to stay in Bath
Pros:

Great location, right in the centre, but in a quiet area.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Very enjoyable breakfast service.
The room was comfortable, I had everything I needed.

Cons:

Some of the equipment is a bit old, but everything was fully functional and it did not detract from the stay.

Amazing location and really attentive, friendly staff.

Cons:

For £200 a night it's not worth it, it doesn't have the attention to detail really good boutique hotels have. If it were half that I'd have been happy. Would also say the room AC was very hot and the control didn't change anything so it wasn't comfortable at night.

Clean, classy and fantastic location
Pros:

Outstanding location, perfect for exploring Bath. Able to access the first come first serve parking at £22/day which was reasonable we thought. The staff were incredibly professional and polite, and filled our refillable water bottles at the bar!
Thank you, have already recommended and definitely be back.

Cons:

The rooms are a tiny bit tired but immaculately kept. The veil blinds in the room are a bit susceptible to falling out of place but the curtains are lovely and thick for privacy.
