Would return for our next trip to Bath!
Pros:

The location was fantastic, beautiful street and everything on your doorstep. Service was top tier! You could tell the team all cared about your experience and comfort. A particular mention to Lakshay, he provided a 5 star arrival experience for us, which would not be out of place in any top hotel globally. It is wonderful to see that true hospitality has not been lost!

Utter failure in every way. Avoid avoid avoid.

Cons:

This should have been a real winner based on the location but the dark, dank, airless nook they pass off as a room is shameful. No ventilation and no light. Only one small lamp. No warning about lack of window which I have never seen a property do.

Checked bags “securely” only to come back later that day to a completely unattended lobby and by bags - as well as several other patrons’ - just sitting there on the floor for anyone to take or tamper with.
