Un placard sans fenêtre en guise chambre. Scandaleux.

Il m'a été attribué une chambre sans fenêtre. J'ai réservé une chambre et non un placard. Le réceptioniste a affirmé que je savais que j'aurais une chambré sans fenêtre - la seule de l'hôtel. Je ne le savais bien sûr et je n'aurais jamais réservé un placard. Il m'a été proposé " un rabais sur une autre chambre avec fenêtre", avec donc un surplus à payer, ce que j'ai refusé. Comment peut-on imaginer dans un tel hôtel un placard en guise de chambre ?

Tired and unlovely
Pros:

The reception desk staff ranged from surly to OK. The room itself was tired and a logistical nightmare. Some of the lights worked, some didn't - they all had different ways of being turned on. Light came streaming through the ill-fitting shutter too early. No water and an empty minibar. Dirty cup. Dreadful pillows.

This is NOT a Radisson as I know and love them. You can do a lot better in Bath. Try Number 13 instead.

Rajeev was so polite and lovely and I would recommend having him for services.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Near to city centre basically everything was waking distance

Room was a bit small, no views from the room. The tv was very old can’t even play you tube or Netflix.very tiny toilet and shower .

I enjoyed the stay but won’t necessarily stay again over the booking issue
Pros:

Location history breakfast staff on site were generally very nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the nonsense with the booking in the first place where I made a mistake and booked the week after I needed to stay. They point blank refused to alter it which meant I have to completely reschedule my whole fortnight for work. For a £70 stay on a place which clearly isn’t fully booked that was beyond ridiculous and very annoying. There was no apology or recognition of the complaint I made although they did ‘upgrade’ me. Ultimately I enjoyed the stay but the booking thing left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I am in Bath regularly for work but will always remember this when I book accommodation again.
