Within walking distance to busy city centre
Very very slow lift. Apparently due to age of building. Building regulations won't allow modernisation/upgrade?
Toilet u bend has visible limescale and is unsightly. Replace toilets or needs a good scrub.

The place is in a very convenient location, accessible to most of the tourist spots. It’s also clean and spacious, and peaceful. Staff are also very accommodating. We highly recommend Rajeev for his hospitality.
Loved the location a short distance from Bath City centre. It was all easy access on the flat and quiet. It's a terraced Georgian property so the corridors and style are quite small. Lovely decorations and the staff were all lovely and very accommodating. It suited us fine for a two night stop.
There was no chair in the room and no pegs to hang things on. There was a wardrobe.
Location was excellent and had parking spots out front free overnight but we opted for podium car park as recommended was was a short 6 min walk.

Room size varies even thought both sold as standard rooms
Would prefer blinds in the bathroom over frosted windows as a personal preference
Heating turned off on its own overnight so was a bit chilly in one of the rooms
Also our rooms back onto a backroom and can you hear cars passing by overnight
Interior design. Engaging friendly staff
Room very very small,NO WARDROBE ,toilet and shower APPAULING ,toilet very low and put in a small little corner at the side of shower,had to stand to wipe bottom as no elbow room.Windiw sills covered in dust and mould with net curtain and curtains smelling of of mould ,also no sockets in room ,had to pull kettle one out to charge phone also small fridge under bedside table but doesn't work.In all our hotel visits everywhere this was the worst room .

Very friendly staff and lovely reception room. It was for my birthday and the staff went out their way to make things special.
Our room had a little balcony which was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. We will be returning here very good.
Some bits of the room such as the carpet and shower area looked a little tired but other than that very smart

The comfort and relaxation of the place was a top tier
There was no water bottles in the room and late night i went to ask for water in the reception and there was none in the store room. Other than that everything was good.
Proximity to the city centre of Bath was perfect, just a short walk to all the sites and shops. Room was very clean, I booked the cosy room and it was actually bigger than expected, perfectly sized for me. (Although if you are quite tall the bathroom might be a squeeze as it is small so maybe the standard room might be better suited). But it was fine for me! Friendly staff, allowed me to store my bag before check in and after checkout so I could utilise all my time in Bath.
