Schönes kleines Hotel mit toller Administratorin
Pros:

Lusine ist die Perle des Hauses, freundlich, hat immer einen guten Rat oder Tipp, erfüllt Wünsche. Durch ihre Anwesenheit und Tätigkeit lebt dieses kleine Hotel.
Frühstück mit Blick auf Ararat!
Es war schon mein 2. Besuch, da komme ich gerne wieder!
Nicht vom Eingang abschrecken lassen, im Hotel ist alles super!!!

Cons:

Wer länger dort wohnt, unbedingt ein Zimmer zum Ararat einfordern. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind doch laut durch den Verkehr.

При учёте и исправлении замечаний качество отеля улучшится.
Pros:

Достаточно стабильный интернет. Симпатичные места общего пользования. Внимательное отношение управляющей отелем.

Cons:

Завтрак желательно начинать в 7 утра, в крайнем случае в 8. Обязателен кофе по-восточному или кофемашина. С чемоданом тяжело подниматься по лестнице в отель и в отеле в номер. Нет вывески отеля на входе с улицы.

самое душевное место в Ереване
Pros:

Лусине-просто образец армянского гостеприимства, учтивости и внимательности. Всегда отличный завтрак, в отеле всегда чисто и хорошая атмосфера. Каждый раз приезжаю сюда, как к себе домой.
С теплой водой в отличие от многих мест нет проблем

Pros:

Оптимальное расположение, недалеко центр. Очень радушный прием, ощущение что находишься в гостях. Отдельно огромное спасибо Люсе, она сделала наше пребывание комфортным.

Пешая доступность к центру города ( такси не дорогое) , ночью не шумно .
Администратор очень приятная и лояльная женщина , всегда поможет и расскажет .

Замечательное место для непритязательных путешественников
Pros:

Отличное место для тех, кто хочет насладиться Ереваном. Вы сразу попадаете в эпицентр армянского гостеприимства, где вас рады видеть в любое время суток, где абсолютно домашние завтраки, запаса которых хватает почти до вечера, где любой вопрос решается быстро и с удовольствием.
Персональное спасибо прекрасной Люсине, настоящему ангелу-хранителю этого места. Именно она - создательница душевной атмосферы, царящей в отеле.
По собственно условиям: чисто, матрасы/подушки удобные, в ванной есть все необходимое.
До всех туристических локаций можно за 20 минут дойти пешком, а можно доехать на метро, станция - в 5-ти минутах пешком.

Cons:

Недостатков нет, просто нужно понимать, что это отличный гостевой дом, а не пафосный отель вип-уровня

Cons:

Google maps shows it's two doors down, and actual 'hotel' has a very small sign. The listing also does not mention it's up stairs on the second floor - all making it difficult to find.

Pros:

A fantastic experience staying in Yerevan! I loved everything – the hospitality, the recommendations, and the communication. I especially want to highlight Lusine – take good care of her! :) If you're looking to feel at home and be treated like family, this is the hotel for you.
