Pros:

Przez przypadek nie zarezerwowaliśmy miejsca dla dziecka, recepcjonista p. Maciej stanął na wysokości zadania,wszystko zorganizował mimo że było to nasze niedopatrzenie. Świetne podejście do klientów!

Położenie hotelu świetne, dojazd bezproblemowy, pokoje czyste, zadbane. Parking zewnętrzny bezpłatny, w garażu płatny dodatkowo. Śniadania smaczne.

Cons:

Obsługa restauracji fatalna. Kelnerzy to chyba osoby przypadkowe, które nie mają pojęcia o zawodzie i o zasadach panujących w restauracji 4-gwiazdkowego hotelu. Poza problemem z komunikacją z obsługą restauracji, potrawy serwowane w lokalu poprawne, smaczne. Jeśli chodzi o obłożenie restauracji w sobotni wieczór przesyłam zdjęcia w załączeniu do opinii.

Ogrzewanie poprzez klimatyzator, problem z termostatem: duszno. Głośna wentylacja, nawet po wyłączeniu klimatyzacji. Niestety nie wyspałem się
