Pros:

Все було добре. Приємний персонал. Зручно, якісно не дорого.
Під час перебування з 12.06 - 13.06 при виселені забув свою улюблену худі. Дуже сподіваюсь, що коли буду вертатись до Варшави (24.06), зможу заїхати та забрати її..... 😀😉 ???

Po kilku pobytach mogę stwierdzić, że standard hotelu wyraźnie się obniżył.
Pros:

Na plus należy zaliczyć czystość hotelu. Panie sprzątające były bardzo miłe, uprzejme i zawsze uśmiechnięte. Za każdym razem, gdy wracaliśmy wieczorem do pokoju, był on starannie posprzątany, a ręczniki wymienione. Regularnie uzupełniano również wodę. Było to bardzo przyjemne i zasługuje na pochwałę, choć z drugiej strony są to standardowe usługi, których można oczekiwać od hotelu tej klasy.

Cons:

Byłam w tym hotelu już czwarty raz i niestety tym razem pobyt mnie rozczarował. Otrzymałam pokój od wewnętrznej strony budynku. Co prawda było tam cicho, jednak widok za oknem był bardzo nieatrakcyjny, a dodatkowo osoby przechodzące korytarzem mogły zaglądać do pokoju, co całkowicie odbierało poczucie prywatności.

Dużym problemem okazał się również parking. Ktoś zastawił wjazd na parking znajdujący się przy hotelu, przez co nikt nie mógł ani wjechać, ani wyjechać. Zgłosiłam sytuację w recepcji, jednak pani obsługująca stwierdziła, że nie jest to jej sprawa i nic nie może z tym zrobić. Trudno mi to zrozumieć, ponieważ problem miał miejsce na terenie hotelu. W efekcie byliśmy zmuszeni zaparkować samochód na trawniku.

Dodatkowo w przydzielonym pokoju wyraźnie było czuć zapach papierosów. Po zgłoszeniu problemu bez problemu otrzymałam inny pokój, za co należy się plus. Niestety nie był to pierwszy taki przypadek – podczas poprzedniego pobytu w pokoju unosił się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji.

Obsługa recepcji również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Personel sprawiał wrażenie mało przyjaznego, nieuśmiechniętego i niezainteresowanego pomocą. A przecież to właśnie recepcja jest wizytówką hotelu.

Po kilku pobytach w tym obiekcie muszę stwierdzić, że jakość usług wyraźnie się pogorszyła. Raczej nie skorzystam już z tego hotelu w przyszłości.

Zimno i nie przyjemnie.

Fajny pokój.

Cons:

Zbyt zimno, nie dało się przestawić klimatyzacji tak żeby było ciepło. Na wejściu przywitała nas dmuchająca klimatyzacja na full.
