Pros:

Loved the people behind the desk. Also loved watching volleyball. Felt at home :)

Cons:

Our tap in the bathroom sink was hard to turn on and very loud. People next door must of been fighting or something as they slammed doors for 1 hour. Oh and kbow no continental breakfast. So much better years ago. Would definitely recommend them though. Still 👍

There are many other options in the immediate area.
Pros:

The hotel is well located regarding Victoria's Inner Harbor. It is within walking distance to the waterfront, Chinatown, local shopping, museums, Fisherman's Wharf, etc.

Cons:

My particular room on the 3rd floor not only gets street noise, but late night noise from the adjacent bar/rooftop lounge. It was the noisiest hotel experience that I have ever had. I would not recommend for anyone that requires sleep during the night.

Lage ist super zentral, aber die Fenster sind sehr alt und daher sind die Zimmer zur Straße extrem laut. Aber mit Ohropax ist alles Gut

Me gustó la ubicación. Es lo mejor que tiene. Esta muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

No me gustó que fuera bañera en vez de plato de ducha y tampoco me gustó que no tuviera telefono oara ducharse en la ducha, era bastante incomodo.

This is a dangerous noisy downtown location with costly, unsecured parking
Pros:

Clean and well-appointed.

Cons:

Terribly noisy locstion, had unsecured and costly parking. They recommended taking every thing out of your vehicle since there are so many homeless in the neighborhood. For a couple on a month-long road trip, this was a MAJOR inconvenience.

Also, desk staff was dismissive and uncaring.

I stayed here two years in a row. I won't be back as I feel the customer service was challenging.
Pros:

The room was comfortable. We were actually given the same room as the previous year.

Cons:

We had a whole mess with our stay. Booking.com said that they were going to rectify it and we have sent all of the relelvant paperwok. They keep staling and this is very upsetting. Be very careful when booking your stays through Booking.com. In some instances it's better to book directly with the hotel themselves. The customer service is kind on the phone, but nothing gets done. It's just to placate the clients. The reception people at the hotel could benefit from customer service courses, especially when dealing with escalating matters. Had this not happened, and had we been treated more kindly (regardless of the outcome), I would have given a higher rating. As the hotel is clean, which is important to me and the location is great.
