Pros:

The manager was exceedingly gracious and helpful. She let us check in early and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, great location and value for money
Pros:

Good location in Victoria, only stayed for one night but would use this hotel again.

Cons:

Check in could get a little busy with lines and waiting but this is very minor and not really an issue.

Pros:

Great location with warm ambiance. Very helpful receptionist, Anya, looked after us perfectly. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were never troubled by any noise. We visited a couple of the bars and had a great time.

Far exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Wonderful, helpful staff. The room was newly renovated and spacious. It even came with a fridge, a tea kettle/coffee maker, and plenty of mugs. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in the bathroom. Furthermore, additional comforts such as ear plugs or shower caps are available at front desk. Would return in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Central location means there's slightly more noise at night than somewhere less busy.
