We had a great stay in Hotel Lis Baixa, and hope to stay there again!
Pros:

The room was air conditioned, the bed was large and very comfortable. The location was excellent, and breakfast was very good. The restaurant is lovely. The staff was helpful during our stay, recommending restaurants, providing directions. We had to leave before breakfast the last day, and they provided a packed breakfast to take with us!

Cons:

Nothing - the room was small but that was expected.

Elegant hotel in great location with tiny rooms.
Pros:

The location was very good. Near many of the things we wanted to do and to public transportation (including the metro from the airport). It's in a relatively flat part of town.
Beds were comfortable, but pillows were lumpy.
The desk staff was very nice and helpful, but that didn't translate to things asked for and agreed to actually getting done.
There were slippers and robes in the room. Slippers were welcome, but just had to find someplace to put the robes in the room which already had no extra space.
Breakfast had a good variety of options done well.

Cons:

The room (with two twin beds) was tiny. Barely space to walk around. No place to put anything, like carry on size suitcases. No empty surface space in room. No closet to speak of- just a few hangers on a short pole coming out from the wall. Had to live out of suitcase for 4 nights. No place to hang wet towels after use, although the bathroom was surprisingly large compared to room size - had to keep one of the suitcases in there. We did not have bargain price rooms by any means.
There was no way to control the a/c - it was either on and freezing cold - or else off and hot.
Saving grace to the room size was a small balcony space. Street was often noisy at night, but windows kept most of the noise out.

Cons:

Das Doppel-Zimmer war sehr eng, wir hatten 2 große Koffer, als Ablage ein Mini-Wandboard. Zum Frühstück gab es leider nur dünnen Filterkaffee
