The hotel exceeded my expectations. I had read some negative reviews about the room size, and while it is compact, that’s to be expected in the Baixa area. The stay was amazing from start to finish. Debs at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We stayed on the 4th floor and had a beautiful balcony from both the room and bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout shutters meant no light came in at all, which was perfect as I’m a light sleeper. Despite concerns about noise, as it is in a busy central area, I didn’t hear a thing during our stay. The location was excellent, easy to walk to all the main areas and I felt very safe throughout. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but there were plenty of lovely cafés nearby. Staff were also very helpful in offering to book restaurant reservations or taxis whenever needed, and the room was cleaned daily.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. The only minor point is that the rooms are quite compact, but this is typical for such a central location in Lisbon and didn’t negatively affect the stay.

Pas de bureau dans la chambre. Espace trop étroit autours du lit pour pouvoir faire mon yoga (qui demande pourtant seulement 1m x 2m).

Mülleimer war nur im Badezimmer vorhanden, Frühstück könnte noch etwas vielfältiger sein

Nous avions une chambre avec vue affreuse, avons dû garder volets clos et la petitesse de la chambre. Je recommande de prendre une chambre avec balcon et vu sur la rue .

Location was excellent. In the heart of a beautiful neighborhood. Walking everywhere. We had a car and lot was right around the corner. Delicious breakfast. But best feature of hotel is warm and friendly staff. Obrigada!
This hotel is located in the middle of everything. Close to the trolley, the metro rail, and on all the bus lines. We were able to easily get anywhere and everywhere we wanted to be. The hotel breakfast was pretty good and very reasonable for the price. The staff however was above and beyond, very friendly, very helpful, and externally informative. The room was wonderful, most comfortable pillows I've had so far. Not to mention the balcony French doors were just awesome to keeping the room airy and cool.
The only negative in would give is that the carpet was a little old and stained. Otherwise the room was spotless and really comfortable.
