The location is great for sightseeing and is easy to walk to places from this location. The hotel is also located to a lot of restaurants.
The rooms at the hotel are very small, we had two people in the twin double bed rooms and it was very crammed and not a lot of space to walk around and have luggage fit accordingly. If you opt in for the breakfast the restaurant where the breakfast is served is very hot.

Location was great…right in the heart of Baixa, could walk to many sites and neighborhoods. The staff was wonderful and helped us with restaurant and fado selection, directions, and general questions. The breakfast was decent.

The hotel was located in the center of the city. We are senior citizens but we were able to walk to the Tagus River one day and back to the hotel. There were many restaurants in close vicinity of the hotel, so there were many very wonderful options for meals. The hotel staff was always available to give directions and helpful advice regarding different places to visit in the city. Ubers and TucTucs were always around if walking became tiresome. The Church of St. Anthony was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. This was really a special place to visit! There were so many shops, outside cafes and interesting buildings within walking distance of the hotel that staying here was the perfect choice for us!
Although very clean, the room itself was very small. There was very little room to navigate around the bed to get to the bathroom. We had 2 medium suitcases so one had to be placed on the chair in front of the window which looked out on the street. Because of this, we never did open the window shutters to look out on the street. This was not a big deal but I would encourage anyone requesting a room to inquire about the size and space. The room was always made up very soon after we left it in the morning, which was nice.
Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

פנקייק מתחילים להיות מוכנים כרבע שעה מפתיחת המקום
קפה ממכונה רק לפי בקשה ותשובה כל פעם עוד מספר דקות שלוקח לפחות כ10 דקות
כך שאתה כבר מסיים ארוחה ומוכן לצאת כש מגישים קפה
The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the breakfast and the bed was very comfortable.
