Lo staff dell'hotel super gentile e disponibile, il ragazzo alla reception ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti utili per spostarci e visitare al meglio la città.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima: vicino alla metro per arrivare o raggiungere l'aeroporto e super centrale per raggiungere tante delle attrazioni della città a piedi.
La stanza era confortevole, spaziosa e pulita. Così come il bagno, nonostante alcuni dettagli mostrassero fosse un po' datato era comunque pulito e spazioso.

aamiainen OK. Sijainti erinomainen.

Pros:

Snídaně dostačující, umístění hotelu umožňuje účastnit se nočního života v Lisabonu až do pozdních nočních hodin. Vše lze obejít pěšky, pokud vám nevadí kopcovitý terén. Atmosféra města je neopakovatelná.

Cons:

Místnost byla velmi malá, okno nevedlo do dvora, ale spíše do světlíku.

L’Hotel a vicinissimo alla metro, e’ una struttura nuova ed il personale gentilissimo

Colazione ottima, piacevole avere in camera il bollitore e la macchina del caffè.

Il bagno in camera è un po’ piccolo, anche se la doccia è molto comoda.

La moquette in camera e il mobiletto del bagno con la ruggine, anche se nel complesso era tutto pulito. Zero insonorizzazione, si sentono tutti i rumori delle altre stanze accanto e sopra e i rumori esterni

Hotel in posizione fantastica dal quale si possono raggiungere moltissimi punti di interesse a piedi, risparmiando così sui mezzi di trasporto. Ci ha aiutato molto trovare Claudio (che ringraziamo per la gentilezza) in reception che parla italiano e ci ha dato delle prime indicazioni ed una mappa della città. La camera, anche se piccolina, veniva pulita tutti i giorni ed inoltre era ben fornita ed è stato piacevole trovare acqua e bollitore. Comodo anche il fatto che forniscano phon (che asciuga bene!) ciabatte ed accappatoio oltre ad asciugamani. Colazione internazionale davvero ottima. Insomma, tutto davvero perfetto!

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lisbonne.L’hôtel est très agréable, propreté impeccable,et la literie est très bonne.
Les petits plus comme le plateau de courtoisie et les peignoirs sont bien appréciables .
Le personnel est charmant, un grand merci à Claudio pour son sourire, son bon français et ses bonnes adresses.
Bref un hotel oú il fera bon revenir.

Cons:

Un verre à dent serait le bienvenu,j’avoue que se laver les dents avec le même verre que la boisson, ce n’est pas vraiment le top !Ceci dit c’est un détail !

Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Früstücksbuffet war sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und gross.
Das Pesonal hat meine Tochter an ihrem Geburstag mit einem Geschenk überrascht.

Thanks to the hotel and staff we had an excellent break.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and informative. Location of the hotel makes it very easy to get around Lisbon either on foot or by public transport. The room was spotless and the hotel breakfast is excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit.
