Room size.
The location is good. Right in the center of bars and plazas with lots of restaurants. Easy to find it getting out of the metro and no extra hills to deal with besides metro stairs.
Our room was smelling sewage. We think it could’ve been the air vents or something related. The bathroom was very clean besides the smell.
The balcony is so small that it’s unfair to charge an extra for the “upgrade”.
The mattress was terrible, it wasn’t comfortable and it was marking the shapes of our bodies after 1 night sleeping.
Comfortable, spacious room. Quiet accommodations convienent for walking and/or mass transit to main attractions. Gracious, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Overall, a really great place to stay!

Everything was great - just what we needed and some more! Everyone was great - receptionists/concierges were amazing. Breakfast was good. I could not recommend it more!
Well, if I really have to mention something, it was the shower get and moisturiser cream that was (minor) issue for us.
