Great location. Close to coffeeshops, shopping, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions. Rooms were small but comfortable. Our suite had a bathtub which I appreciated and also a small patio, which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Staff was amazingly helpful. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Staff helped with transport and planning and assisted when we needed to make changes.
Carpet/ bedding were worn, could be updated. The towels were also worn. Extra outlet in the room would have been nice. The restrooms near the lobby/ restaurant were clean but not the cleanest. Hotel itself could use a refresh.

The cleanliness of the room and its prime location
No control to set the temperature as it was very hot during the night sometimes and I started sweating.
Also the room is a little congested
We had the best room and loved it b/c we had 4 lookout spots from our room. Location was awesome for walking to everything!
Great location, so close to the main stations for going to Belem and Sintra. Easy to walk everywhere. Quiet part of city with lots of nice eating places nearby. Friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast and everything we needed in a comfortable room with balcony. Comfortable bed and good shower. Would recommend.
