Pros:

The closeness to Chapultepec Park. Huge suites. Separation from my traveling buddy. 2 TVs. Love the staff. 2nd trip here and hope we come again. Breakfast is amazing.

Cons:

A bit pricey but I love it.

Great property but they may scam you out of the type of room you reserve and pay the higher rate
Pros:

Clean, great location, onsite restaurant for the included breakfast, good furnishings, comfortable, let you store your bags.

Cons:

I paid for the more expensive executive suite and they put me in the lower quality master suite inexplicably which really upsets me to the point of negating all the good aspects of the hotel

Great, the staff was well trained, the room was great.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. The room was clean, nicely laid out. The location next to that great park and museum. The restaurants food was very good. Overall everything was great.
The police car outside the hotel 24/7 and the police presence on the streets made us feel safe.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything other than the mirrors on the first floor make it confusing to find your way.

If you want friendly and helpful staff, they are five star level
Pros:

Very large room and quiet. Walking distance to the action and around the Angel. The attached restaurant on the roof food is fantastic. I will go back to restaurant with booking a room

Cons:

Extremely outdated interior, appliances, and especially the coffee maker
