Sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Leckeres Frühstück mit sehr netten Personal. Besonders Ruben und Alejandro waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt! Toll waren auch der kostenlose Zugriff auf Waschmaschine und Trockner!

Estuvo muy agusto y el desayuno estaba super rico.
La atención, la ubicación y la habitación en si estaba comoda y buena relación precio / calidad.
Las almohadas a mi parecer son muy gordas, pero eso ya es de mi preferencia que me gustan mas delgaditas, y generalmente a la gente lws gustan asi, asi que no es algo realmente malo.
La amabilidad del equipo, creo que cuando te reciben es la primera impresión y genera peso en tu comodidad sobre la estancia, y todo el equipo nos trató amables a mi esposo y a mi. Y sobre las instalaciones, excelentes, era como estar en casa.
Overall the experience is super mid, the staff isn't rude but they're not nice either. The view from my room was decent.
The room was not clean, the bedding was dirty, the A/C was not working properly (I put it on 18° and didn't cool my room a bit), and when it was time to sleep that I wanted to put the doorlock guess what IT WAS BROKEN (you still needed the key to get in the room, but not having a functional lock made me feel insecure). Anyways there is so many better options for the price that I regret having to stay there (I just stayed 1 night btw, but probably the have lot more issues than those)
Restaurant was amazing. We ate breakfast there everyday. They had umbrellas to borrow. Washer and dryer in room. Ability to make tea in room. Great location. Cute natural foods and refill shop downstairs.
Weird sideways couch in room Music 602 wasn't very comfortable.

Llegando olía a excremento todo el lobby y nos dijeron que ko habían podido sacar a un habitante de calle que se acostó en frente tuve que subir las maletas por estaleras sin ramplas inmediatamente busqué otro hotel y no me regresaron el dinero nisiquiera de los otros días que no me quedé

El servicio de la pantalla , sería mejor una Smart con aplicaciones
El desayuno es muy rico, el personal muy atento y amable
Prácticamente solo cambiar el microhondas porque fallaba constantemente
