Ok
Pros:

The room is very spacious. Bed is big and comfortable. The hotel is well located with a oxxo, seven eleven and a pharmacy literally one minute away. Plus lots of coffee places. The hotel is in front of a big avenue, but they have double glaze and you cant hear the noise. Breakfast has few options but is very good. Breakfast staff were really nice!!

Cons:

The bathroom needs some serious attention. Some tiles are loose and broken; flush doesnt work properly (and if you feel sick with mexican food that can be an issue); and one day there was a small cockroach too! Shower is good though

Pros:

The location was the best. Walking distance to Chapultepec.

Cons:

The light of the room wasn’t that bright. Specially the bathroom. For me it needs more light. But everything else was great.

Temizlik çok iyiydi. Hergün ince temizlik yapılıyor ve çarşaflar değişiyor. Temizlik görevlisi harika iş çıkarıyor. Konum mükemmel.

Cons:

Otel için 5 yıldızlı denmiş ama ne binada bunu bildiren bir ibare var ne de gerçekte 5 yıldızlı otelin özelliklerine sahip. Mesela kahvaltı dahil ödeme yapmamıza rağmen açık büfe beklerken listeden belirli bir kaç şey seçebileceğimizi öğrendik. Menüdeki belirli şeyler için ekstra para ödenmesi gerekiyor. Bina çok eski ve dekorasyon da oldukça demode. Temizlik görevlisi ve kahvaltı ekibi dışındakiler çok ilgili değil. Mesela faturayı sabah 5'de çıkacağımızı söylememize rağmen akşamdan vermediler ve sabah saat 5'te bizi çok beklettiler. Tahmin ettiğimiz gibi havalimanına geciktik. Ayrıca faturayı da istediğimiz gibi düzenlemediler.

Una excelente opcion de hospedaje para varios dias en DF
Pros:

Las facilidades de cocina y lavanderia en el pequeño departamento, el desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

El agua caliente demoraba hasta 10 min para activarse en tanto se desperdiciaba, el ascensor se pegaba y demoraba.

Not hot water but a nice hotel
Pros:

I was upgraded to an executive suite, which was massive. The room was nice and had good facilities. The hotel is really close to the park and museums. Some of the staff were really helpful with figuring out metro routes etc.

Cons:

Sadly, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and despite reporting this to the staff they never did anything about nor even apologised.
Stepping out of the hotel is like stepping into the North Circular Road, but I appreciate this quite common in Mexico City

Proximity to great attractions , clean and spacious suites, great value, helpful , kind and accommodating staff

Cons:

One of the elevators didn’t work properly and was the only way to ascend to the top floor restaurant, and pillows were pretty bad

Overall good value and good location but some small issues with things not working in the room.
Pros:

The property was very affordable and conveniently located. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The TV in the living room didn't work, and the TV in the bedroom had very poor reception. The blinds in the living room did not block all the light, so it was difficult to sleep in the bed located in the living room. The elevator going to the breakfast restaurant did not work properly and took 1-2 minutes in order to close each time.

위치도 차풀텍성이랑 아주 가깝고, 소음 없고 시설 좋음. 어메니티에 비상약까지 챙겨주는곳 처음봄. 침대도 아주 큼 앞구르기 해도될정도. 가족이랑 간건데 다 만족했고 가격도 좋아서 멕시코 또 오면 다시 예약히고 싶을정도임. 얼리체크인도 해주고 체크아웃 오후 1시인곳 처음봄 개추
