Just perfect.
Pros:

Perfect location, in a safe area, between the most interesting areas of the city.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very large and comfortable rooms with everything needed.
Very comfortable beds.
Very good breakfast in a rooftop restaurant with a view on the city, skyscrapers and park.

Modernizar habitaciones
Pros:

El Hotel tiene habitaciones muy amplias, pero la infraestructura de puertas, roperos, aires y cortinas necesita una remodelación. El elevador no funcionaba para bajar, solo para subir. Las escaleras son demasiado estrechas y cortas para una emergencia y me tocó un día con temblor. Hacen falta más conectores cerca de la cama para los gadgets. La recepción es moderna y no hace juego con la situación de las habitaciones.

Lovely stay and will return
Pros:

It was very clean and the staff was attentive.

Cons:

The location as you can easily walk to the Chapultepec park, zoo, museums. Plenty of restaurants, street vendors, etc.

Très bien les équipements. Très bonne impression. Moderne

Cons:

Malgré le double vitrage on entendait trop de bruit du boulevard.
Manque des prises USB même sur la télé pour pouvoir l'utiliser même si nous n'avons pas les prises spécifiques du pays
