Pros:

Restaurant friendly staff, good restaurant with excellent food.
Very responsive to requests.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and difficult to use consistently.
The air conditioning is somewhat loud. We turned it off at night but that made the room a little bit warmer than we would prefer.

Loved our time in San Ignacio and the Rolson was ok.
Pros:

On site restaurant and bar. The food and drinks were ok and staff wonderful.

Cons:

The property is a long walk to town for other restaurants and market- a VERY steep hill to walk back.

Just a wonderful place to stay while in San Ignacio
Pros:

Exceptional staff at front desk, dining staff, cleaning staff….and the food was really exceptional! Far exceeding my expectations.
Will recommend this hotel and restaurant to family and friends.

Cons:

Not much to say here, except an elevator may be nice for those who have difficulty climbing the stairs.

Visita imperdible a Caracol.
Pros:

El personal de recepción es extremadamente amable y colaborativo.
La única sugerencia es que adviertan en que el servicio de desayuno es lento. Puede ser un problema si tienes que salir a una hora.
