Amplio estacionamiento

Cons:

Olía mal el cuarto a humedad la cama en el anuncio dice que es amplia . pero era normal matrimonial .
Estaba muy juntos los muebles y con el equipaje se hizo pequeña la habitación también me pico un animal en el cuerpo.no se qe fue pero amanecí con ronchas en la parte superior de la nalga

Un mesero que trabaja en el restaurante,fue muy grosero su actitud asia mi persona,tuve un trato muy desagradablemente de su parte,quedé muy decepcionado,la señal de TV,fue pésima,por eso y otras cosas más,no vuelvo a quedarme otra vez,esta es mi última vez que me hospedo en ese hotel.gracias

La actitud de ese mesero asia mi persona,también el menú,deberían de cambiar el menú,lo mismo durante 10 dias,enfada,será porque viene junto con el alojamiento

Pros:

La.atencion es muy buena. Resuelven todas las dudas y problemas de inmediato. Las instalaciones son buenas relacion precio - costo. Cerca de la actividad nocturna en un area tranquila por la noche para descansar.

Cons:

Poco estacionamiento pero afuera hay lugar solo que es muy oscuro.

I'm a frequent customer of this hotel and had my reservation confirmed for $1000 pesos. Upon arrival, they told me there was no room available. I wasted my time and they didn't give me a clear explanation or offer any solution. With this experience, they lost me as a customer. I've already found another hotel with better value and service, and from now on I'll be staying there. A very bad experience and a lack of professionalism regarding honoring confirmed reservations.
