met my personal expectations - very friendly staff will return when back in the Heads area

Great location and comfortable, but needs some cleaning and painting done.
Pros:

Great location close to the airport, comfortable room. Breakfast was beautiful too.

Cons:

The place had a lot of cobwebs inside the building, and was quite old with not much upkeep done.

Comfortable large room and good restaurant
Pros:

Large room with balcony with a view. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Restaurant had a nice selection of food with innovative dishes. Outdoor spaces with nice landscaping.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fine.

Pros:

the bed and room was very comfortable.

Cons:

i paid more money because there was a pool and my sister really wanted a swim.
the woman in reception made us feel really bad as we had travelled up north to famous fish and chip restaurant and stop at a couple of places for photos so we were late arriving at hotel. she was complaining about us using the pool around 10 pm we were having a pool party just a quiet swim.
we just didn’t appreciate her attitude.
the instructions to the pool was not marked good and getting into the pool there was no good instructions how to open the gate.
better reception manners please you don’t know what your guest have gone through. we had come from Canada for our mums funeral and catching a day with our brother sightseeing before we left back to Canada

Pros:

The are is calm and very nice. Parkring is good.
The staff is friendly and ready to help, service is excellent.
The food in the restaurant is well prepared and tasteful, breakfast is offered a la carte.

A great place to stay.
Pros:

Very tidy place, very friendly and helpful owner/operators, I could stay here long-term. Great location and beautiful surroundings.
