Pleasant and relaxing

Customer Service was terrible. Room not clean.

Cons:

Staff and room. Front staff seemed unwelcoming to people of color and the room was not clean. Left within one hour of check in.

Great sister reunion!
Pros:

The cookies! The bunnies! Very friendly staff, our room was great for my sister and I.

Pleasant, easy, welcoming and well-appointed
Pros:

The grassy courtyard. The room feels dated, but the effort is there to make it feel nicer than it is. The staff were wonderful. The location was perfect. Everyone wants to be right on the beach, but you pay a lot for that. This was about a block off, but we walked to the beach access every day and loved coming home to our little grassy courtyard.

Cons:

The breakfast is just ok. There is room to take this up a notch, although having breakfast at all was a treat.

Exactly what we were hoping for!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and everything tasted great! The buffet was very clean and well arranged! They didn't miss a thing!
The cookies daily were a really nice touch too!!

Cons:

Two sinks in bathroom and better lighting overall but neither of those effected us much!

Dissatisfied and disappointed
Pros:

Great location, very cute to see all the bunnies around the property and available fire place in the room and on the property. I appreciated that we can barrow chairs and towels for the beach.

Cons:

I only stood one night and the microwave didn’t work. There was no way to fix it because staff had left for the day. It’s upsetting because my son has a lot of allergies and I was unable to warm his food. Seemed like the staff didn’t care. We also bought some firewood that was very difficult to burn. We brought one bundle back and asked for a refund, staff was being very difficult stating my husband had the wrong card which in fact he did not because I only left on vacation with two cards. They continued to disagree and told him to speak to the manager the next day. When my husband went the next day, they ended up refunding the one bundle. All that refusal the night before just to end up putting it back on our card. Disappointed that the staff was so difficult and careless about the microwave. We booked this room with the expectation that everything would be working properly. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. For the price, I would have gotten better service at one of the many hotels near by.
