I didn’t end up staying at this hotel. They put me into another hotel and it was very inconvenient.
Pros:

They canceled my reservation after we arrived. Due to somebody being sick and vomiting all over our room.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they canceled my appointment and sent me to another hotel when I was on a time constraint and needed to get to a hotel room

Very nice quiet night
Pros:

I stayed here on February 11th, just to have an easy access to the Metro so I could see Nine Inch Nails at Capitol One Arena. It was a very easy walk from the hotel to the metro. I got here super early and I didn't think the hotel would sell out the night before, so I had to wait a while for a room. The room was very nice, quiet and spacious.

This place was not a hi end hotel
Pros:

Never answered the phone. No meals available. The ac went off in our nephews room and he had to go to another hotel.

Pros:

Accommodations were very comfortable. Cost for valet parking was steep for one night. Everyone was super kind, the bar was closed for the night which we don’t get away much so a small disappointment there. Very kind staff.

No Heat No Integrity
Pros:

When we arrived they did not have any heat in the rooms! It was a cold night and I told them in the morning that thermostat wasn’t working properly. They said they knew that the heat wasn’t working in any of the rooms and offered us a space heater. It would have been nice to know when or before we checked in. Management lacks integrity at this location. BUYER BEWARE!!

Last minute change
Pros:

I was in town to do hair and go to a wedding. My reservation was changed last minute to a sister hotel so I was never able to stay here, where I was originally booked. I was not pleased but there was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience.

Pros:

booked a room for 3 night stay with 2 queen beds one for me one for my friend this past July. Told by front desk sold our over booked ! come on , had to have an uncomfortable roll away bed placed in room for my friend as he did not want to sleep with me in the ONE queen bed in our room.
For the cost I paid unacceptable ! One ply toilet paper , no note pads pencil or even a pen. Just got ambushed came from Arizona to this not acceptable. Get better , Find A Way stop being cheap to your customers.
