Disappointing
Pros:

Reasonable view

Cons:

Lift did not work for many days. Listed as beachfront? 500 metres to beach? Air conditioner barely worked. Room serviced once in 10 days. Photos of property need to be updated. Quite noisy from traffic on road and footpath bikeway is dangerous. Disappointing. We left two days early after prepaying at check in. Could not be bothered trying to get any refund.

Good value, beautiful location, great service
Pros:

The staff is a family run business with cute cats. The price was fair for the area. Rooms were cleaned well, the air conditioning, smart TV, and wifi works well. The staff speak English pretty well too. They were kind, made check in easy, even allowed me to check in much earlier than their 2pm check-in. I had a few small requests during my stay, they were happy to help me with fresh towels, switching rooms. The owner even offered me some of his thouc lao :)

Cons:

No complaints at all.
