Freundliches Personal. Sehr aufmerksam und bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Dass es im Spa Bereich keine eingeschränkte Zeiten für Kinder gibt.
Es war sehr laut und es wurde rege herumgespritzt und hineingehüpft. Schon am frühen Morgen um 7.00 Uhr als ich noch etwas in Ruhe Schwimmen wollte. Mein Vorschlag, Spa Zeiten zum Geniessen für Erwachsene. Zeiten in denen Kinder ihren Spass haben.

Overall, we loved our stay at the hotel but few things could be improved
Pros:

- reception staffs were amazing and tried to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable
- kitchen staffs also went above and beyond when I informed them about my vegetarian diet preference and cooked me veg breakfast
- room size and design was good
- location was great - few mins from bus stop, train station and Davos platz
- good facilities - swimming pool and spa

Cons:

- beds were not very comfortable
- cleaning services needs improving - we found someone’s dirty socks and used tissue paper under the sofa
- breakfast could already include some warm/cooked veg options

Sehr gutes Hotel, an zentraler Lage
Pros:

Auswahl Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut
Zimmer gegen Berge Parsenn sehr ruhig, gute Zimmerausstattung
Busstation in unmittelbarer Nähe

Cons:

Essen am Abend im Restaurant Bacio della Mamma war leider nicht so gut.
Pool eher klein für die grösse des Hotels und Poolwasser sehr kalt.

Wundervoll
Pros:

Alles hat uns sehr gefallen, es war ein toller Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen. Zudem haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite erhalten. Das war ein tolles Erlebnis.

Cons:

Der Pool war mit persönlich zu kalt. Und ein Whirlpool wäre eine tolle Ergänzung.
Ansonsten alles top.
