Fine stay
Pros:

Staff are very kind and helptful. Room was clean. Place was calm and quiet i could work without much noise

Cons:

Location isn't the best. Staff need to be careful when they speak next to rooms very early morning. Facilities are not there (coffee machine, tea), it says breakfast but there was none

Pros:

The beds and linen were super comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average and delivered at 7am even though we asked for it at 10am. We had not long arrived after a long flight and needed to sleep.

Rooms a great size and super comfy beds
Pros:

Great place to get some rest and away from the the heavy crowds in cangu and seminyak. Great facilities and lovely staff.

No balcony

Cooperative venture
Pros:

Friendly and informative staff. It's a venture of a local community cooperative, which has an office in the building. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Needed a thorough clean. Very small room with view of carpark. Location somewhat out of the way but quiet.

stuff was really helpful, close to Ubung bus station in Denpasar

Cons:

it was dirty and smelly and pictures are really outdated. we have also found a dead bug with full of ants on the other side of the pillow.

The location was great, lots of places where you can eat some fantastic food.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
Mostly Locals leave in the area where the hotel is. In comparison with tourists locations the price for everything is a lot cheaper then everywhere else!

Enjoyed my stays, not for the wifi!

Convenient, clean and good value hotel
Pros:

It was a good place to stay if you want a good room to spend the night. We used it as a one night stopover moving from south Bali to North Bali.

Great bargain in Bali
Pros:

We booked 6 rooms for our group and it turned out to be an incredible bargain for about USD11 a night per room.

The bed is one of the best I've slept on, room had all the essentials, toilet was nice, staff though not well versed in English were really helpful. The location was in a local area that was far from touristy and generally quiet. Great cheap satay nearby at a ridiculously cheap 12cents/stick. It took us about 30 mins to get into the more touristy areas. I felt safe while in the hotel but I wouldn't go out exploring late at night because it's not well lit until you reach the main road about 300m later.

To be honest, this hotel makes a lot of sense because it's great value and when in Bali, you would already probably have hired a car with driver (or a motorbike) so travelling a little further doesn't really make a lotof difference. In fact, the location of this hotel is more central than Kuta if your purpose is to explore beyond South Bali.

Some things could be better, like the WiFi signal which was weak, the hotel restaurant could be cleaner (but the rooms were spotless). Late night food options are limited to a 24hr MacDonald's and KFC nearby but with Go-Jek(food delivery app), you could potentially get cheaper and better local food.

All in all, a wonderful stay. However,if your purpose in Bali is to be partying, this place is not for you because of the location.
