Hôtel très bien situé sur une magnifique plage. Malheureusement des travaux de construction de digue sont en cours dans la mer face à l hôtel ce qui gâche la vue mais surtout font pas mal de bruit.
Beaucoup de mauvaises odeurs au niveau de la piscine. Comme beaucoup d hôtels, la musique est omniprésente. Dommage lorsque qu on choisit cette île pour sa tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner est moyen si on arrive un peu tard, il n y a vite plus rien.
Les plats du dîner sont bons.
Le personnel est charmant et attentionné.
Hôtel vieillissant qui mériterait d être rénové.

Sehr romantisches Hotel - entsprechend pärchenlastig. Personal kümmert sich super um einen und hat tolle Freizeitangebote (Schnorcheln kann ich nur empfehlen!).
Kleine Mankos sind: die Bäder sind schon recht alt, momentan blickt man im Meer auf Küstenschutzarbeiten und wenn man nicht im eigenen Bungalow wohnt, sind die Zimmer schon hellhörig.
Was absolut mega ist: das Essen!! Sogar relativ günstig. Wir haben echt geschlemmt!

I don't normally bother to post bad reviews but this hotel deserves it.
The hotel looks great on photo's and is in a great location but we found it to be a total let down. In general the staff are great but the hotel needs to upgrade the rooms and the pool area badly, to improve the customer experience.
We had to change rooms because the shower sent more water all over the bathroom and toilet than on the person in the shower. The second room was next to the stairs and a noisy cleaners cupboard, had an electricity socket with wires hanging out, a broken fridge, plus the phone ond WiFi didn't work.
The pool which is a lot smaller than expected and salt water, is murky and has a lot of things floating in it. Many if the pool tiles are damaged, loose or missing, the whole area needs to be upgraded.

The staff worked so hard to make our staff relaxed and amazing! The free breakfast was delicious and nourishing and the resort is right on the beach not too far from the boat harbour. Absolutely stunning!! I am so greatful and will be back again!! I highly recommend
Visited here to eat on our last night in Gili Meno and we both wished we had found this earlier on in our stay. Absolutely amazing location on the beach front. The Staff, Wandi and later joined by Denka were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. We started with bruschetta followed by grilled shell on king prawns in garlic butter for me and Greek salad for my wife and finished off with the crème brûlée. All prepared and presented to a great standard and tasted delicious. The value for money is unbelievable considering what you get. 4 cocktails, wine and water for around £50 is fantastic value for such a super service.
Great hotel, very friendly staff, 100% recommendation
The hotel is directly on a beautiful beach with snorkeling just a 1 minute walk down the beach toward the dock area. We saw many turtles and a bit to the right of the turtles and further out is a reef with live coral and amazingly colourful fish.
The staff is AMAZING. From the time we checked in to when we left, they went out of their way to assist us. Two in particular were so impressive, Dwan and Ecko.
The rooms are basic but clean. Everything we needed was there.
The food and beverages were tasty and a good size portion. We especially enjoyed our evening dinners on the beach. The BBQ food was delicious. Highly recommend if you want to get away to relax and enjoy the ocean.
Lovely hotel set on the beach with probably the best snorkelling in Gili Meno. The staff are great and make an effort to know your name - lovely! I had an upgrade to a villa which was spacious and very comfortable. Very nice ambience.

The stay was great for what it is, however the food is average. The beach is great but bring water shoes for the coral. The snorkling is amazing and well worth the price of a private snorkling tour with the locals!
The staff at this hotel are amazing - friendly and helpful.
The view from the hotel is breathtaking - little boats bobbing on turquoise, purple, dark blue ocean.
The hotel only provides each guest with a 350 ml of water each day. To walk to the shop in the middle of the island is around a 40 minutes return walk through sand, so we did not want to buy and carry a big Aqua (19 Litres) which is what we need for drinking, brushing teeth and making coffee for 5 days. Unfortunately we then purchased 2 x Plastic Litre bottles every day. The island (and most of Indonesia) has a massive problem with overuse of one use plastic bottles. It is $12.50 AUD to catch a horse from the harbour to the hotel, in hindsight we wish we had bought a big Aqua and caught a horse back to the hotel. As a suggestion - the hotel could charge guests an extra $5 per day and provide big water so there is not multiple use of little plastic bottles.
We stayed in a villa with a pool. The water in the pool gave me instant excema. I showed the staff the rash and they moved us to villa 2 where there were no problems.
Thank you to the staff, they are lovely and despite the above issues we loved it.
Great place to stay, lovely friendly staff.It is an island worth visiting.The accomodation serves great food but it is worth visiting the local Warungs .turtles literally 5metres off the beach
Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Strand. Vom Hafen sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Man kann sich nicht verlaufen. Hatten ein Bungalow mit Strandblick, sehr empfehlenswert. Alles sehr sauber. Essen war sehr gut. Es gibt auch ein paar gute Warungs in der Nähe. Massage war auch sehr gut.
Das Beste waren aber die ganzen Angestellten. Freundlich, hilfsbereit, sehr aufmerksam, immer gut gelaunt und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Sie haben sich immer Zeit genommen. Wir haben auch viele hilfreiche Infos für unsere weitere Reise auf Lombok von ihnen erhalten.
Mr. Dwan und seine Kollegen und Kolleginnen haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir diesen Aufenthalt so schnell nicht vergessen werden.
