Grote kamers.

Cons:

Ontbijt was smerig. Dit kan toch niet in Bosnië.
Ook het restaurant was smerig. Absurd. Op de muren was gewoon schimmel. En in de avond was er een bruiloft (dus keihard muziek).
De kamers zijn gerenoveerd maar ook heel smerig. Onder de bedden was het enorm vies, in de beide douches was er schimmel en liep de water ook in beide douches niet weg (2 kamers geboekt).
Beveiliger bij de deur had geen geduld.
Toegangspasje werkte niet, het moest opnieuw geregeld worden.
Dit is de eerste keer dat ik een negatieve beoordeling geef maar dit kan gewoon niet.

Apsolutno mi se nista nije svidjelo.

Cons:

Rezervisala sam ovaj hotel skoro mjesec dana unaprijed. Na dan dolaska sam zvala recepciji hotela da bih ih obavijestila o kasnije dolasku. Tek tada sam dobila informaciju da su pretrpani i da je moja rezervacija prebačena bez mog znanja u hotel Austia na Ilidzi za isti novac s pričom da je to hotel sa 5*. Dosli smo u hotel,ispred hotela su nas docekale prepune kante za smeće,smece je bilo i svuda okolo. Ušli smo u sobu u kojoj je klima uređaj radio na 16 stepeni. Dakle napolju je toplije bilo. Klima uređaj se nije mogao ugasiti,niti se mogla temperatura promijeniti. Namjestaj u sobi je dotrajao, nije bilo toalet papira, rucnika. Sto je najgore soba je bila i prljava. Dorucak očajan, bolje izbjegavati ukoliko ne želite stomacni virus gratis. Neprofesionalno, neuredno i preporučujem da se zaobiđe u širokom luku,jer ovaj hotel mozda ima 5* ali u Africi.

3 od pet, nije lose, al nije ni najbolje
Pros:

Nazalost dorucak je bio veoma siromasan, i prvenstveno namijenjen odredjenom kontigentu gostiju, veoma malo mesa i mlijecnih proizvoda, pa ni jednom nismo doruckovali u hotelu. Moguce da je moja greska, posto nisam shvatio da se radi o nekoj vrsti centra za lijecenje, pa mozda je dorucak bio u skladu sa meduicinskim preporukama.
Inace osoblje veoma ljubazno, i lookacija je odlicna, mirno i povuceno mjesto.

-الخدمات قريبة جدا من الموقع 5 دقائق سيراً على الاقدام لكن الأغلب تقفل الساعة 9 م
- يوجد مواقف

Cons:

-يجب اصطحاب الشّطاف معكم في اغلب الفنادق
- لايوجد خدمات بعد الساعة 11 م
- الافياش في البلد كلها ثنائي فقط

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel was very dirty and far below acceptable cleanliness standards. We had booked a two-night stay, but the conditions were so unpleasant that we couldn’t stay even for one night. We decided to leave the hotel after only about two hours of arriving.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone who values cleanliness and basic hygiene standards.
