Duş da su ılık -soğuk arasıydı geçici dir dedik sabah resepsiyona söyledim bizde sıcak su yok ılık su akar dediler çok ilgisiz ve kabaydı resepsiyondakiler, sıcak su problemi nedeniyle oda değişikliği istedik önce hayır dediler sonra Bosna da tanıdığım bir rehber arkadaşa araştırıp Boşnakça konuşturduk belki İng anlaşamıyoruz diye ona da tm oda değiştirelim ama hepsi böyle dediler ayrıca kahvaltıda ramazan diye önümüze iki çocukla seyahat ediyorduk sadece sıcak olarak bir omlet yapıp getirdiler kahvaltı adına birşey yoktu sorduğumuzda ramazan herkes oruç tutuyor dediler ama otelde yaşlı ve engelli kişiler vardı çoğu da kahvaltıya inmişti . Oda temizliği kötüydü ilgisiz ve kaba davranışa maruz kaldık öyleyse çıkacağız dedik siz bilirsiniz dedi resepsiyondaki bey hiç oralı bile olmadı . Hemen booking den Malak regency için rezervasyon yapıp çıktık ertesi gün ,Böyle bir otel bi de Avrupa da Bosna gibi turistik bir ülkede nasıl olabilir hala konuşuyoruz hayret bir şey gerçekten . Hiç mi kontrol edilmiyor şikayetleri biz internetten sonradan gördük bize Bosnadan biri IUS a yakın diye önerdiği için gitmiştik .Sakın gitmeyin
