A note for guests arriving by car: please note that the usual navigation system will take you to the front of the hotel and not the parking garage. Therefore, to reach the parking garage, follow the signs to P2 after taking the exit of Bunddestrasse. Right before P2, you can turn into the P3 underground parking garage, where there are a limited number of parking spaces. Other parking spaces hired by the hotel are in SI-Centrum P2, within walking distance of the hotel. Guests are also required to have environmental classification stickers on cars.

Top Lage, Zimmer sauber und reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Pros:

Nahe an den Musicals, nahe ÖV für Stadtbesuch.

Cons:

Balkon nicht zu gebrauchen, dreckig (Vögel) und abgenutzt.

La habitación era un apartamento completo y amplio.

La mala señalización de la recepción.. Nos costó mucho encontrarla porque faltaba información en las señas.

Pros:

Good for families . Juat needs a small stove to cook something for the kids.

Cons:

The parking place charges 18 euros even if you park your car only for the night. Ridiculous parking fees!

Wir kommen wieder wenn wir wieder einmal nach Stuttgart gehen.
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers war hervorragend. Der Blick aus dem Fenster zu der großen Wiese war schön. Auch der Balkon an und für sich war nett.

Cons:

Die Tauben-Kacke auf dem Balkon war nicht schön. Da kann das Personal nichts dafür.
Vielleicht sollte man da ein Netz o.ä. oder Ultraschallton ( Vogelabwehr ) anbringen.
