A note for guests arriving by car: please note that the usual navigation system will take you to the front of the hotel and not the parking garage. Therefore, to reach the parking garage, follow the signs to P2 after taking the exit of Bunddestrasse. Right before P2, you can turn into the P3 underground parking garage, where there are a limited number of parking spaces. Other parking spaces hired by the hotel are in SI-Centrum P2, within walking distance of the hotel. Guests are also required to have environmental classification stickers on cars.

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt angenehm und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Familiensuite war äußerst großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit den beiden Enkeln dort und diese genossen ihr separates Zimmer innerhalb der Suite. Es war kindgerecht eingerichtet und alles hat funktioniert. Ein extra niedriges Waschbecken im Bad für Kinder findet man selten. Leider fehlte dort ein Seifenspender. Auch ein paar Wandhaken für Waschlappen o.ä. Könnten noch angebracht werden.
Der große Kühlschrank in der Küchenzeile tat bei 30 Grad Hitze gute Dienste.

Cons:

Die Stühle in den Zimmern sollten mit Filzscheiben an den Füßen unterlegt werden, damit sie beim Verrücken nicht so laut quietschen.
Eine kleine analoge Hotel-Info auf dem Zimmer wäre für uns ältere Menschen trotzdem wünschenswert, ebenso eine gekühlte Flasche Wasser für die Ankunft.
Die Küchenzeile könnte noch mit einem Spültuch ergänzt werden.
Die Seifenspender im Bad sind für Kinder zu hoch angebracht und schwer zu bedienen.

Pros:

L’emplacement, le parking, la superficie de la chambre

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas très propre.
Dans la cuisine il y avait que 4 assiettes avec couverts et rien d’autre, pas de couteau pour couper qqch etc
L’hôtel avait l’air désert, on voyait personne. Cela ressemblait plutôt à un motel et pas un hôtel à faire avec les enfants.

es war gut für uns
Pros:

Eigentlich war alles recht gut, nur beim Frühstück gab es einen ziemlichen Andrang...aber die Qualität und das Angebot waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Kopfkissen war sehr eigen..... nicht wirklich bequem und
leider war der Balkon, der eigentlich sehr gut möbliert ist vollkommen ungereinigt und voll mit Taubenkot.......

Ausstattung und Ausblick waren top.

Cons:

Es hieß in der Beschreibung, man kann das Hotel von der Tiefgarage aus per Lift erreichen. Das ist falsch - man muss ein ganz schönes Stückchen gehen und dann kann man mit einem Lift hoch fahren. Frühstück nur über Fußweg und Treppen zu erreichen.Für jemanden der Gehprobleme hat völlig falsche Voraussetzungen. Frühstück musste ich ausfallen lassen.
