A note for guests arriving by car: please note that the usual navigation system will take you to the front of the hotel and not the parking garage. Therefore, to reach the parking garage, follow the signs to P2 after taking the exit of Bunddestrasse. Right before P2, you can turn into the P3 underground parking garage, where there are a limited number of parking spaces. Other parking spaces hired by the hotel are in SI-Centrum P2, within walking distance of the hotel. Guests are also required to have environmental classification stickers on cars.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Anbindung
Pros:

Das Appartement war geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Außerdem sehr sauber.
Die Lage war top. Direkt neben dem Stage Palladium Theater (We will Rock you) und gegenüber dem Stage Apollo Theater (Die Eiskönigin). Die U3 war fußläufig 5 min entfernt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
Wenn man Appetit auf einen kleinen Snack oder Getränke hatte, so konnte man diese zu moderaten Preisen erwerben.

Cons:

Uns persönlich waren die Matratzen etwas zu hart. Das ist eher subjektiv.

Pros:

Accomodatie is groots opgezet en bestaat uit 4 gebouwen met elk meerdere verdiepingen. Desondanks een erg rustig verblijf gehad ondanks nabijheid snelweg. Er is een ondergrondse parkeergarage (16 euro per dag) op de locatie. In- en uitchecken kan digitaal, maar er is ook een bemande receptie met vriendelijk personeel. Deze bevind zich in het hoofdgebouw. Daar is tevens een bar en ontbijtzaal, als ook een wasgelegenheid. De kamer welk ik had was zeer ruim opgezet met een balkon (uitzicht op parkje), ruime badkamer, zithoek, bureau en comfortabel twee-persoons bed. Qua locatie zit je tussen diverse theater locaties. De tram naar het centrum is op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. Er zijn meerdere restaurants in de nabijheid, aanrader is China Palast welk vlak bij de tramhalte ligt.

Cons:

Er is vrij weinig te zien en te doen in de directe omgeving van de accomodatie indien je niet naar een theater voorstelling gaat of een andere specifieke reden van verblijf hebt.

Super für ein Musical oder Messebesuch! Tip: Schwabenquelle um die Ecke!
Pros:

Wir nutzten das Hotel für einen Musicalbesuch. Nicht mal 200 Mtr. Fußweg zum SI Centrum. Es war wie eine komplette Wohnung. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig

Cons:

Über Teppich kann man sich streiten. Modernes Lichtschaltersystem. Bringt mir allerdings nichts, wenn es dunkel ist, ich das Licht anschalten will und nachts der Rollladen hochgeht. Weniger ist manchmal doch mehr

Ausserhalb von der Stadt aber dennoch super für Ausflüge
Pros:

Das Zimmer war grosszügig und geräumig. Super sitzplatz. Die Lage war für uns praktisch.

Cons:

Badetücher nur für 4 und auch das Geschirr wurde nur für 4 ausgelegt, obwohl wir zu 5 waren.War aber nicht so schlimm, weiö wir praktisch nicht da gegessen haben.

Es hat einige Ladestationen, die super sind. Jedoch haben Verbrenner oder auch eAutos die nicht geladen haben Permanent die Stationen blockiert!

Sehr großes Apartment, grundsätzlich angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Sauberkeit: Teppichboden nicht ganz sauber.

Große Glasfront/Terrassentür zum Balkon deutlich verschmiert (bei Sonne sofort sichtbar).

Küchenbereich sehr spärlich ausgestattet; nur Geschirr und Besteck für zwei Personen.

Cons:

Weil im Haus A ein neuer Aufzug eingebaut wird und ich angegeben habe, daß ich gehbehindert bin, würden wir im Haus B 3. Etage untergebracht. Hier funktionierte der Aufzug, zumindest bis Sonntagabend. Der Schreck am Montagmorgen war groß, weil der Aufzug wegen Wartungsarbeiten außer Betrieb war. Die Konsequenz, war, daß wirit unserem Gepäck aus der 3. Etage in die Tiefgarage gehen mussten. Eigentlich wollten wir unser Gepäck erst nach dem Frühstück aus dem Zimmer abholen. Das musste geändert werden, weil ich nicht in die 3. Etage laufen konnte. Das hat unsere Zufriedenheit mit dem Aufenthalt schon beeinträchtigt.
