Tres bien, je recommande fortement.
Pros:

Petit dejeuner tres copieux. Proprietaire tres accueillant, il nous a meme déposé le jour de notre départ a Punta Sabbioni sans aucun frais.

Die Lage war sehr gut für einen Besuch der Lagunenstadt,Burano und Murano.

Cons:

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt nicht wirklich. Die hervorragenden Bewertungen in allen Belangen sind für mich leider nicht nachvollziehbar. (Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt, Sauberkeit na ja, ein gepflegter Garten sieht für mich definitiv anders aus, Frühstück war ok)

Die Nähe zum Strand ( ca. 600m), Parkplatz vorhanden, freundliches Personal, sehr ruhig gelegen, Frühstück ausreichend

Pros:

Hotel sa nachádza v tichej lokalite cca 1,5km od prístavu.Boli sme tam mimo sezóny vyslovene len na výlet do Benátok.Hotel ma staršie vybavenie,ale všetko plné funkčné.Raňajky boli chutné a vždy sme si vybrali.Najbližsia pláž je cca 1km.Personál milí a ochotný,parkovanie priamo v areáli bez problémov.Mimo sezóny su okolité reštaurácie zatvorené,niektoré otvárajú vo večerných hodinách.Nečakajte zlaté kľučky,ale nenáročná rodinka ktorá ide na dovolenku alebo na výlet do Benátok neoľutuje.Sprchový kút je pre štíhlych 😁 ale dá sa.Izby boli čisté a denne sa upratovalo,uteráky nám menili každý deň.

Platili jsme za 4 osoby ,ale nakonec jsme byly jen tři. Žádná sleva ani informace, že bychom ve třech mohli být v jednom pokoji.Skoda.
