Very disappointing experience.

The attitude of the staff was extremely poor and unprofessional. The reception staff were not honest and kept giving misleading answers.

For three consecutive nights we could not sleep because of the loud ringing sound coming from the elevators every time the doors opened. The sound reaches the rooms very clearly. I personally asked and even begged them to either turn off the ringing sound or at least lower the volume so guests could sleep, but they completely ignored the request and showed no concern at all.

What was even more frustrating was the lack of respect in the way they handled the situation, as if the problem did not matter.

In addition, when you arrive at the hotel they try to charge prices that are different from the ones agreed upon beforehand.

Unfortunately, this level of service is unacceptable and far below what anyone should expect from a hotel.
