If hygiene is important for you, don’t stay here.
Pros:

Good food, especially the dinner buffet. Lots of options especially for vegetarians.
Breakfast was fine too - but it is better to go as early as possible.

Cons:

Cockroaches.
My first clue should have been the “hidden” message written on the mirror revealing only subject to steam (basically an f word calling them dirty).
Then I saw cockroaches in the evening, I killed one huge cockroach, showed it to the staff.
At first, they kept insisting on giving some “medicine”, as they called it, to the roaches (I guess they meant to poison them).

Then they agreed to let me switch rooms (first time in my life I had to do it). And again, cockroaches, plural, despite going from 8th floor to 20th.

Couldn’t really sleep at night (I am afraid of roaches).

To top it off, the toilet was not properly cleaned - I could still see old remnants of someone else’s poop.

I also saw mould on the top floor (where the swimming pool is).
