Pros:

The room is a decent size. The bed was comfortable enough. The AC worked very well. Free parking.

Cons:

The room smelled like mould and smoke even though it was a smoke free room. The bathroom was tiny and the drain's disgustingly dirty. The elevator ding dong echos through the room whole time. There's night clubs and bars in the hotel, and the patrons are loud in the hallways. Definitely not a hotel for peace and quiet.
