I stayed in 1303, which is having stunning view of see. The room is very good, spacious, decently decorated and the housekeeping staff’s were very cooperative. The supervisor Mr. Vivek took care pretty well about preparing the room for cleanliness and always attended all requests. Stay was amazing. The customer relations manager Mr. Sanjay was excellent and took care of the room selection. I stayed there almost 10days with half board facility. In weekend I called my family to join me, so Mr. Sanjay helped me clubbing the booking comfortably and for any problem related to AC temperature control, he has quickly responded and provided solutions. The location is amazing.

Cons:

I’ve faced very uncomfortable situation just one day before checking out, in the restaurant area. The most unprofessional and indecent behaviour I’ve received from Mr. Pankaj, that I felt humiliated. This is not a good sign in hospitality platform. This was my official tour. Being a lady, staying alone long term, this incident given me an unsafe and disrespectful feeling. Despite being rest everything fantastic, I may think twice to book this hotel further due to this unpleasant occurrence.

See you next time, i like the reception staffs easy to communicate and they were so polite and understanding.
