Otelinizdeki konaklamamla ilgili olarak sizlere şikâyetimi bildirmek istiyorum.

Öncelikle belirtmek isterim ki, otelinize giriş (check-in) saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen, ben saat 16:00’da otele gelmiş olmama karşın odam hâlâ hazır değildi. Ayrıca, odaya yerleştikten sonra da temizlik yeterli şekilde yapılmamıştı.

İkinci olarak değinmek istediğim konu ise, çıkış günümde yaşadığım olumsuzluktur. Yanımda bulunan dolu alkol şişemi odamda unuttuğumu birkaç saat sonra fark ettim. Henüz otelden ayrılmamış olmama rağmen, şişeyi geri talep ettiğimde, bana bu ürünün çöpe atıldığının söylenmesi

Ayrıca belirtmek isterim ki, bu oteldeki konaklamam ilk deneyimim değildir. Ancak üzülerek ifade etmeliyim ki, bu yıl otelinizde kalmak benim için oldukça hayal kırıklığı yaratıcı olmuştur.

Stott rum vilket uppskattades. Men mörkt och dålig belysning i badrummet. Ganska trist inredning.
Uselt wifi på rummet. Gick knappt att använda.
Krångligt system med att byta strand-handdukar. Inte en enda gång fanns det nya utan vi fick komma tillbaka. Ingen stor grej men ändå konstigt att det var så de tre gånger vi skulle byta.

Hi all
Be aware the website states all inclusive but it’s not.
So we asked how much and the guy said $390 euros for dinner and lunch for two nights rip off .
Apparently free parking onsite BUT you need to find free street parking yourself.
Very hard to find reception and if you look like a local they have no time for you

I’ve stayed 6 nights and not even once my room was cleaned up even though the reception confirmed they clean the rooms daily..
A very nosy place with karaoke under the windows and a very loud poor quality music making my ears bleed. Impossible to sleep at night. Will not recommend this place for people who are seeking a relaxed atmosphere.
Their spa has a very good massage and manual therapy offer though.
For a place that positions itself as a relax and a well being refuge there is a terrible gap between this concept and reality.

After a stay elsewhere I decided to come back to Cooks Club. This time I had a beautiful room sea side with an ocean view to the side of my balcony in the "Boheme" side. A different experience from my first stay, and also very lovely.

It's a little Gem of a place, tastefully decorated and right on the beach with access to the main Cooks Club delightful pool and beach areas too. It was so nice to have this extended option.

I was told the secret to getting the "Boheme" side, was to pay a little bit more and chose "ocean or sea view" to be nearer the sea.

Classed as a return guest, I can see why so many guests return over and over, as it gets better with even more options to discover

I enjoyed my first stay so much I extended and after a short break came back again.

I have already submitted reviews about the hotel/restaurant/reception/foods/rooms etc.

Last but by no means least is the whole pool beach area. Not all perfect at least for me, and to add an honest review I will say why.

Most importantly the whole personal/ pool bar & waiter service team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble at all. So please be sure to tip well individually and why not throw in your small notes and coins to the various tip boxes you will see around the complex. Don't forget the one in reception of the Irish pub too!

Not everything can be perfect, all of the time, and for me in the winter months I found the beach music too loud and full on. That said, it might be fine for most. But, from dawn to dusk of heavier music I needed to escape to BOHEME side where the music choices were more elegant let's say :)

To step from varbto beach in a few steps is always great though.

Now for a bit of a downer but very relevant feedback. I don't want to mention names, but there is a sort of supervisor from my own country UK allegedly, who gave a member of beach staff a bit of a dressing down right on the beach in front of us guests. I thought this was shameful, and unnecessary. A great manager always takes someone aside quietly if there is an issue.

I was mortified and don't like to hear someone saying "I am the manager". We are on holiday, we don't need to know this!

This was my first visit to Cooks Club. The reception team were amazing from the start, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble! They resolved a tiny hiccup effortlessly.

The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. I always slept very well. Lots of soft pillows and a nice sized balcony. I had absolutely everything I needed.

Fue una experiencia única. Desde la atención de todo el personal hasta la ubicación del hotel. La vibra bohemia se percibe desde que entras al hotel. Volveríamos con los ojos cerrados!

Hotelli oli erittäin viihtyisä ja siisti, huoneemme oli tilava ja parempi kuin odotimme. Aamupala oli hyvä ja kattava. Hotellin altaalla soitettu musiikki soi melko kovalla koko päivän, mikä oli välillä häiritsevää. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä😊

Very nice people and a nice beach with an exzellent restaurant.

Jeg var på samme hotell i fjor, da var jeg fornøyd. Når jeg kom tilbake i år hadde hotellet blitt utvidet. Nå er det for mange gjester på samme plass. Kundeservice vet dem ikke hva er, utenom ei i resepsjonen og en som gikk ved bassenget. Det var så dårlig service både i baren ved bassenget og i restauranten at jeg ikke ville bestille noe, eller bruke min all inclusive. Kjøpte heller noe med på rommet og gikk ut på kvelden for å spise. Jeg kommer ikke tilbake.

Great hotel. Got upgraded upon check in. Friendly staff. Adults only which I appreciated. Beach awesome. Indoor pool refreshing. Rooms clean and spacious. Overall highly recommend. Great location

The cooks club, is actually not really what it promises in the pictures and the advertisements. The only thing which is really excellent, is the staff.
They really try their best to offer the guest the best time possible.

For all the rest, cooks club alanya, is like trying to make a cheap beach club more fancy and everyone is trying to sell you additional stuff, you don‘t need.

After arrival I got my first hotel room in the main building. A so called „suite“, with windows and a balcony towards a super loud airconditioning propeller and a super loud party street, with the worst music imaginable.

The „suite“ was super dark and the tiles in the bathroom were painted over in black. (Just as Ou can read it in so many reviews…) So, the so called „suite“ is a dark 2 room area, with no real daylight.
When I opened the drawers of the cubboard, there was underwear from previous female guests in it. What a nice surprise!
Also my promised beach towel was missing.

After a sleepless und really unhappy first night I checked with the reception, if I could change the room. Luckily, for an upgrade fee, I was able to change to another building, to a room with seaview. Finally daylight, a nice view and a friendly bright room.

Worst part about this hotel and therefore not worth the money:
It is LOUD all the time, everywhere.
I had a cockroach in my room, and I saw some of them in the hallway!
Every mirror is dirty.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!
