Royalton Hotel

I made a booking through Hotels.com and had the confirmation with me but they say that they have no such booking. Because I had no where to go, I had to book another room at prime rate

hi, i had flight in morning and went to sleep at night but due to club noise all night , i could not sleep, i called reception at 1.50am in morning and complaint , they said ok will sort out. i could not sleep, very noise at hotel, not recommeded at all

We are disappointed with the service we received from this hotel.

There was little running water in our bathroom so we had difficulty using the shower. The room was not cleaned on any of the days.

The daytime staff at the counter were incredibly rude and we would always see them arguing with other customers. When we were checking out, they argued with us over a small stain on the corner of one of our used towels. This stain came from the hair dye on my husband's hair. I admit this stain was our fault but the way they behaved was unacceptable. They made us pay and were very unprofessional and rude. We have experience staying in many hotels all over the world under Expedia, but never have we received such poor service and many hotels have overlooked these sort of stains which come out in the laundry wash anyway - that is the whole point of a laundry service.

Although the night staff at the counter were polite, overall we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Die Zimmer sind stark renovierungsbedürftig...das Bad ist eine Katastrophe...das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit...das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage...

it was excellent.i enjoyed my stay there and am looking forward to have a stsy with them again.....i have friends also and am telling them to have a stay there and experience the hotel hospitality

Never AGAIN!!!!
It was a night mere. I don’t even understand why it is listed on Expedia. I need a refund. The most horrible experience ever. The beds have BEDBUGS! Not small once freaking huge once. Woke up around two in the morning just to see a bug on my hand. I was TRAUMATIZED. I cried called the reception they changed my room but I couldn’t get ito their sheets anymore I was terrified, I sat at the reading table all night until 6am when I checked out. Tried calling Expedia to get a refund but I couldn’t get through. I Need my refund.

アーリーチェックインを無料で受け付けてもらった。朝フライト到着のため10時頃ホテルに到着。荷物だけ預かってもらう予定が部屋を準備してくれた点はとても良かった。テレビ冷蔵庫ドライヤー等一通りのアメニティーも設置有り。欠点を上げれば、ホテル内にナイトクラブがあり夜中3時まで大音量の音楽が鳴り響いており気になる人はかなりストレスに感じると思う。近くにスーパーや地下鉄駅もあり買い物等には便利な立地。環境よりもコスパ重視の人には十分満足出来るレベルだと思います。

Lot of noise during night from the night clubs around, will be difficult to sleep. Also there is no complimentary water also available at room.

Bed is comfortable and washroom was clean.

I had an enjoyable stay here. There were lots of good restaurants nearby as well as the Metro train. There is a bar and nightclub downstairs which can be a little noise in the evening. It didn't bother me a bit because I'm a heavy sleeper.

Un séjour assez mitigé, c'est un hotel pas cher et situé à proximité du métro. Mais il y a plusieurs boite de nuit dans l'immeuble, c'est trés bruyant la nuit meme pendant la semaine. En plus de la musique attendez vous a des cris dans les couloir trés tard le soir! Personnel assez sympa mais sans plus.
