Aber leider waren die Zimmer nicht so sauber obwohl ein Reinigungsdame sauber gemacht hat waren die Möbel sehr schrott

- Great location (one of the best neighborhoods to stay in Istanbul to get to see both sides of its European part).
- The owner is friendly and willing to give you advice and tips to improve your trip. Thanks to the staff, we found an amazing restaurant to dine during New years eve.
- Spectacular balcony view. You get to enjoy the skyline of the old city (includin the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia)
- Poor cleanliness (blanket and pillows had brown stains -- gross). They should at the very least buy new beddings
- No hot water in the shower (the water was, at best, mildly warm)
- Low room temperature (the AC is old)
- The bathroom was super cold to the point where you couldn't stay inside for more than a minute. The reason is the bad ventilation system and lack of heater. They have a hollow ventilator penetrating the wall, resulting in hot air flowing out non-stop.
- Breakfast is a BIG SCAM (PAY ATTENTION): According to the hotel photos, the breakfast is supposed to be a generous portion of continental breakfast, including coffee and other sorts of things. Instead, the breakfast is served in the cafeteria in the basement and includes only one item of their menu. You have to pay for the rest. For example, you can order a small omelet (this is the breakfast) and you are required to pay for the rest...even for the coffee (and the coffee price is also very high). The owners consciously exploit your awareness, and this has to STOP or at the very least this major detila has to be mentioned explicitly in the description of the breakfast. Otherwise, their rate will keep going down!
- Most of the staff can barely speak English.
- Poor internet connection
- The suite is advertised to be suitable for 4 people. However, there is only one double bed in the apartment fitting two people. The other two have to sleep on the sofa, which is not comfortable at all.
Great location close to Galata Tower with friendly staff. The room was clean, and the breakfast, served at the downstairs café, was delicious.
The location of the hotel is completely the best deal. The breakfast was really tasty but a bit small, only one piece selection.
The room 302 we stayed at didn’t not have a TV. The WiFi is slow, only if the hotel is sleeping it gets faster. The shower hose was broken with holes so it was making the process a bit difficult.
The location is excellent. I had the rooftop suite with the balcony and it had gorgeous views of the Galata Tower and many mosques around Istanbul. Breakfast was served by the small restaurant downstairs and it was off the menu and very good. The room was high enough that any noise from the street was of no concern. The call to prayer was quite loud and clear though starting just before sunrise and then a couple more times times throughout the day. The staff were all very kind and attentive to our needs. I booked a limo (van) to the airport and had it arrive to pick us up at 0400. I was able to prepay the hotel staff 1800 Lira for the ride and it was there a few minutes early and had us there in less than 30 minutes at that hour of the day.
I have no complaints at all. The staff were all very kind and willing to help us with any need that arose.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, and the room balcony has a nice view. Also, the location is superb, it's right next to Galata Tower.
The room facilities were not the best, the shower was clogged and the phone in the room didn't work for us.
We stayed at the 5th floor and the views to Istanbul and Galata Tower were amazing. They have mini split, so you don’t really need to worry about the warm weather.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
