Hotel Royal

The hotel is nice for me. I asked my client to inform hotel to arrange taxi for me, but I didn't find it at the airport. I don't know what happened.

Building is just a waste and people are rude. The pictures they have shown is really misleading.

Disappointing, the hotel management cancelled the stay due to unrealistic reason. I do think that it was unscrupulous act by hotel management, as it was holiday in country with many tourists coming, and the hotel cancelled my booking to rent the room in more expensive price. And I'm very upset that Hotels.com does not have any effective methods to prevent such acts.

They didn't have my reservation. I had to go to another hotel.

The receptions were very polite and also the manager was very kind and you sense like your own home. The rooms are clean and decorated with antique furniture. You really feel comfortable here. The manager pay attention more to the hospitality rather than money. We enjoye taraveling

Didn't stay. Was disgusting.Notified you straight away to stop payment but to no avail. We certainly won't be booking with you again.

actually this hotel is located in bad location on top of that very rude receptionist staff , don't know how to deal with client.
upon arrival at 7 AM we found a guy who was sleeping on the couch , it toke him 30 min to find our reservation, and hardly can understand anything ,,,,
we asked if we can have an early check -in and accept to pay additional fees for that , and when we were
escorted by the very rude guy to the room , he start talking in his language and he said this is the room take it or leave it ???? and we were thinking about it ,and suddenly he said he changed his mind and he dont want to give us the room .
i tried to call Expedia for full refund cause this is the last thing me or anyone need to have in their holiday.
overall dirty Hotel and i haighyl recommend you not to go there as you will have bad Holiday 0

The location is ok and can walk to the center of the city.

rEl día 29 de Julio del 2017 nos prrsentamos en el hotel sobre las 11:30 . Esperamos que nos den el apartamento reservado en el hotel Royal (STR GOGEBASHVILI 38),, según las fotos de su pagina. A las 12:30 viene a buscarnos un taxi para llevarnos a un apartamento situado en otra dirección( MAKASHVILT 24) y que no se correspondía con las fotos de la pagina del hotel Royal. Por este motivo solicitamos que nuestra cancelación dedicha reserva no nos suponga ninguna penalizacion. Gracias

This hotel was just great. The room was big, comfortable beds. Perfect location and friendly people. Nothing negative to say.

The hotel was reasonable for the price. Staff very helpful. However, the description is misleading, the lounge and garden are more like somebodies private room. There is no bar as such just a few bottled drinks for sale. The hotel is quite well hidden down a side street and through a iron gate. It is a quiet location but difficult to find.

Cosy stay in a cold winter day. The hotel is nice and located in a nice area of town. you get to see and explore the local people life. service was good and staff are helpful. bekfast was ok.

Приехал в гостиницу в 20:00, на рецепции сказали что бронь мою отменили и свободных номеров нет. На мой вопрос почему не предупредили об отмене ответ так и не получил. Девушка на рецепции никакие комментарии не давала и сказала все вопросы к администрации. С администрацией связались по телефону, но он сказал что все вопросы к человеку на рецепции, а он не может, т.к. очень занят. Вообщем "пофутболили" и ничего не объяснили. Пришлось поздно вечером искать другую гостиницу.

P.S. На сайте и в приложении HOTELS.COM бронь отображалась как активная и никаких признаков отмены нет.

ok, very friendly staff. but don't expect room cleaned.

Die Möbel sehen aus, wie vom Flohmarkt. Es fehlte die halbe Gardine, da ein Teil der Gardinenstange fehlte. Die Bettdecke hatte Brandlöcher, das Bad hatte Schimmel zwischen den Kacheln und der Duschvorhang hing teilweise in Fetzen. An einem Tag tropfte es im Bad von oben herein. Einmal ist die Sicherung rausgesprungen und einmal gab es den ganzen Tag keinen Fernsehempfang.
Einzige Pluspunkte: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz gut.
Dennoch werde ich mich das nächste mal lieber wieder in einer Privatwohnung mit einmieten.
