Magnifique, conforme à mes attentes
Pros:

La vue, les transats, le bain norvégien...le calme

Cons:

le petit déjeuner manquait un peu de variétés de pain, un peu déçue par le restaurant

Pros:

La vue sur le lac, la tranquillité, la plage privée, le restaurant, location de vélo. Les conseils et la disponibilité de la gérante.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner !!!! A plus de 400 euros la nuit nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux.
Peu de choix et qualité des produits limite.
Dans certains IBIS c'est mieux. Le parking, manque de places.

Pros:

Petit déj impeccable.
Super pour vélo électrique que nous avons loué.
Situation géographique très très bien.
Vue de la chambre sur le lac très apréciable.
Hôtel à taille humaine

Cons:

Literie un peu trop ferme à notre goût.
Le rapport qualité prix qui reste un peu élevé malgré tout.
Espace SPA un peu limité... manque jacuzzi, proposition de soins bien-être,...

Séjour vraiment apaisant dans un bel hôtel à l'ambiance élégante
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, au bord du lac d'Annecy. Equipements, esprit et ambiance tels que l'on pouvait l'espérer. Une mention spéciale pour l'ensemble du personnel: disponible et particulièrement attentif au bien être de leurs hôtes. Un établissement bien pensé et à taille humaine. Un vrai plaisir

Pros:

Mooie kamer en heel fijne badkamer. Prachtig gelegen aan het meer. Uitstekend ontbijt en heel lekker diner.

Pros:

Die Lage und das gesamte Gelände direkt am See sind wunderbar. Es ist ruhig und malerisch. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unterstützend.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksservice entspricht nicht ganz dem Viersterne-Niveau. Die Zimmernummer wurde intensiv erfragt, dafür aber das Bufett nur sehr schleppend oder auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt.

Le cadre et le personnel

Cons:

C'est un hôtel, donc pour dormir. Pourquoi il n'est pas possible d'occulter la lumière de la rue par des volets ou autre ?? C'est un hôtel !! Juste un simple rideau à 20 cm de la fenêtre c'est pas une boîte de nuit !!!
Et une bouteille d'eau en été alors qu' il fait 35 degrés ?
