Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was extremely clean, we stayed in the deluxe double with balcony well worth the money.

Cons:

The slight criticism was the room could have been bigger, considering the huge balcony, but really didn't matter.

Fantastisch hotel
Pros:

Het is een top hotel . Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamer was tip top inorde. Als je iets nodig had , direct werd het geregeld . Heel proper, en goede airco op de kamer.
Heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Personeel legt je echt in de watten. Aangenaam buitenterras .
Dit hotel is echt een aanrader !

Ein nettes kleines Hotel.
Pros:

Äußerst freundliches Personal.
Ca 10 Minuten Fußweg zu vielen UBahn Stationen. Gleich daneben ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Shops und Restaurants.

Cons:

Kleine Renovierungen notwendig, wie die Steckdosen unter dem Nachtkästchen höher anzubringen , es war sehr schwer (nur auf allen Vieren) die Steckdosen für das Handy zu benützten.

Hemos estado como en casa.
Pros:

El hotel es muy confortable, en las habitaciones todo el mobiliario es muy nuevo y la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Todo el personal del hotel es muy amable y el desayuno es fabuloso, tiene mucha variedad de todo, tanto dulce como salado. El hotel no está en la zona céntrica, pero tiene una estación de metro a 5 minutos que conecta con el centroen 20 minutos. Mi experiencia es que merece mucho la pena.

2nd Visit and Certainly Not The Last
Pros:

This is our second visit to this hotel. Reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped especially with an iron and ironing board. Tea,coffee and water are replenished daily. Towels and bedding are changed regularly. Excellent value for the price we paid.
Ideal location if visiting Abba Voyage and also close to tube station for easy access into the centre of London.
Highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to returning in the near future.
