Very good staff and rooms! Will visist again!
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful! We forgot that the power outlets in the UK are different than in Bulgaria but the staff at the reception gave is an adapter to use while we were staying there. Everyday the room was amazingly cleaned. The rooms are spacious and have good AC. We found the location great even tough it was a bit far from the city centre, it was peaceful with lots of place to eat and a big shopping centre near us. There is a metro station 5 minutes which is a big plus. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a great experience! When we go back to the UK we will definitely be booking again!

Great stay following Metallica at London Stadium. Staff were incredibly patient given how busy to hotel was.

Overall 8/10. I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The shower was perfect. The hot water was nice.

Cons:

The door kept making noises, and it sounded like the door kept opening when it was actually closed. There was no netflix

Overall a great place to stay for 1 night
Pros:

Location for the event we were attending was good. Staff on arrival were great.
Room was cool and had all we needed for 1 night stay. Shower was amazing.

Cons:

The only negative thing is the bar area - it wasn't staffed properly. You have to wait for someone on the front desk to become available to serve you and they are very slow.
On our return from our event on the Saturday evening we waited a little over 20 minutes to be served, once order had been taken we waited a further 5 minutes to receive our drinks which were 2 cokes!! all this while waiting at the counter. Staff can't seem to cope with the bar service.

De locatie en het ontbijt

Cons:

De kamers waren erg donker, heel smal raam wat alleen open kon als je erom vroeg en formulier tekende. Eerste twee kamers waren veel te warm.
