Perfect location for downtown Seattle when going to see the Kraken play.
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous. A lot more options than expected.

Easiest stay for Seattle Center
Pros:

We were allowed to check in an hour and a half early, park in the onsite garage, and upgraded to a room with a phenomenal view. 10/10

Comfortable and well-located stay with great amenities. A few issues, but good value for money.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for what I had to do in town. I also appreciated having a small apartment-style room with a kitchen, living area, and dining table. The included breakfast was very good, the staff were kind, the gym was great and very well equipped, and the overall cleanliness was solid.

Cons:

The room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, which meant I could hear more noise than usual, although it was not a major issue. The main problem was that the shower in the morning was barely warm. Housekeeping was not provided daily unless requested, and it would have helped if at least the trash had been emptied on a daily basis.

Will make this hotel my landing spot when in Seattle!
Pros:

Loved everything about our stay at the Hyatt House, from the staff, room with the view, comfort of the bed, views from the rooftop, gym to the exceptional breakfast!

Wonderful central location
Pros:

Wanted to stay near Seattle Center and the location could NOT have been better! Space Needle right outside the window! Check in and out was a breeze, the breakfast and the little market were simply perfect. No complaints at all.

Great location and stay!
Pros:

We loved the location - SO close to Seattle Center! The Space Needle was right outside our window, which delighted my kids. Plenty of dining options and things to do within walking distance - a bonus because I only wanted to park once. My kids appreciated the lobby market for grab and go options, and they enjoyed continental breakfast.

Great venue for Space Needle, Climate Change Arena events.
Pros:

Wanted to stay near the Climate Change Arena for a concert. The location was easy to reach and a very pleasant walk from the venue.

The double Queen kitchen suite was clean and spacious, more than meeting our needs.

The bar service was excellent and we enjoyed some pre event drinks.

Worth noting that they have parking at this location, but offered parking a 5 min walk away for about half the price. You must be checked in to access the parking garage, but there is curbside parking for check in that is not immediately apparent depending on your route to the venue.
