Nothing we didn’t like
Beautiful Inn! Clean, nice staff, nice view. The only small complaint was the water pressure in the shower, but minor and wouldn't stop us from coming again...we plan to stay here again if we come back up this way

It can be pricey certain times of year. I will say I believe its worth it though.
The location was great. The balcony was nice as we could see the bay. Parking was convenient. Check out was easy and the woman who checked us out was very nice and friendly.
When we first arrived at the hotel, there were 3-4 workers who were standing outside the entrance talking and smoking, which to me was a little off putting. When we went inside to check in they all came and we were told to come back in an hour because our room was not ready, even though check in was at 3:00 and it was 3:00. We had to be at a wedding in an hour. We were told we could change in pool bathroom.
We paid around $350 for our room. The carpet was dirty and stained in many areas. There was still garbage in the can from previous people. The shower was stained and did not look appealing. The bathroom sink took forever to drain. Some of the paint was peeling.

The bed was very hard and the mattress kept making me roll to the outside:(
Although we arrived after the sunset, the view was spectacular. The desk clerk was super welcoming when we arrived. She was just as personable in the morning when we came down for breakfast. Breakfast selection was wonderful. The building was secure and room weas clean and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful option for the price. We look forward to our next stay.

Quiet at night, comfortable bed, room was clean
Made reservations with booking.com. Paid with booking.com. Hotel says they didn’t receive my money. Had to pay hotel as well. Paid twice. Someone is at fault and I am due a refund.

Room 401 bathroom faucet cold was on the left the hot was on the right backwards from normal plumbing
Shower temperature was difficult to set went from scalding to cold

It would be nice to have a walk in shower and not a tub where an older person might fall. Another safety feature would be bars to grip getting into and out of the tub.
