The location was unbeatable. Apartments were well stocked and very clean. Spacious and worked well for our large party.
Shannon and Mia run a very nice establishment. They were a huge help in getting our transfers organised, were happy to answer any and all questions. You pay good money to stay in your own apartment at Nozawa and they take good care of you. Will recommend to all who decide to head to Nozawa
Always arrive to the beaming smiles of the staff here. They could not make our stay more comfortable by going out of their way to ensure that the whole stay including shopping transport and dining reservations are made. Including hot tips!
Friendly staff and the hotel is close to the ski resort. Just a short walk down the road. We stayed in a room.with bunk beds which was all we needed. It was comfortable and perfect for our 4 night stay.
Modern appartments, close to the slopes, with all kitchem equipment. Great staff.
