Excellent choice in the heart of Yinchuan!
Pros:

Very good hotel in Yinchuan.
Close to the lake and right in front of People’s Square.
The staff was excellent, paying attention to every detail.
They really made our stay memorable.
There was also a German restaurant inside, with a very nice patio for dinner outside.
Will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Yinchuan!

Cons:

The pillows were too soft.
They should have latex / memory foam pillows.

Our favourite place to stay in Yinchuan
Pros:

Large, clean, quiet rooms with a very comfortable bed. Best breakfast ever! A special mention to Poppy (Cafe Berlin, Breakfast) and Daisy (Front desk) for their charming and helpful manner (and good English). It’s those small touches that make a hotel stay more memorable.

Excellent value in an good location.

Would be very happy to stay again if touring in Yinchuan area.
Pros:

Although generally limited in English, the staff were all very friendly and helpful - with a particular star award for Daisy when our booked hire car failed to show up.

Cons:

Slightly dated facilities eg lack of USB ports. But overall an excellent stay.

Wonderful hotel and staff, we are grateful!
Pros:

Great location, excellent facilities especially the gym and swimming pool.

The staff is extremely friendly and they truly care about their clients, everyone there will do absolutely their best to help with you with anything you need.

We are truly impressed by the service they provided and my son has been constantly reminding me of going back here again next year.

Very beautiful environment with friendly staff.
Pros:

The decor was lovely and the staff at breakfast were very helpful. The bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The next door’s toilet could be heard from our room and we had noisy children living next door.

Pros:

酒店的硬件設施非常好，但整體服務有待改善和提高，大部分的員工都熱情有禮，但多數不懂英文，有需要和他們溝通時比較困難，住的是無煙樓層，但很多時候聞到有菸味道，可能在中國內地不守規矩的人比較多吧！有投訴，但沒有改善，早晨食物比較差，和五星酒店完全不匹配，希望有所改善。
