Good if it is your only option or for a very short-term stay
Pros:

Food delivery was easy

Cons:

Shower was faulty
Apartment was filthy and coated with dust
Cleaner repeatedly ignored do not disturb sign
Room was freezing upon entry
Cleaner did not make beds properly
The bin bags were incorrectly placed
Pen by telephone did not work
Toilet had a constant bad smell
Walk from reception to room was always dreadful because it is far away and outdoors, during winter

Recommended, the apartment is clean and very comfortable. The service is also very good. The only cons is probably it's location which is situated in the middle of industrial area, thus the nearest shopping center is about 15-20 mins walking distance.

宽敞的公寓式酒店，日式住宅，好多日语服务。床品是羽绒的，有智能马桶盖，淋浴间也有日式小矮凳。有洗衣机和洗衣液。有冰箱和微波炉。单人床房间有梳妆台。有凤凰卫视、BBC、HBO等电视台。停车方便。缺点是位置离景点和老城区较远。订了可住三人的二居室，除了椅子有三把，洗漱用品、拖鞋、碗筷等都只有2人份。锅子和电饭煲很脏，建议自带。

床が埃っぽい。また、窓や窓枠がとても汚れていた。宿泊した場所が一階なので余計に嫌な感じです。一緒に泊まった上の階の方も同様な感想です。

Pros:

まず、チェックインの時に予約されていませんでした。
フロントの方が対応してくれて、解決しましたが、予約サイト側の問題です。
ロケーションですが、マンション群の部屋がホテルになっているような感じで、ちょっとわかりにくいし、入りにくいです。その分、セキュリティーは抜群です。
日本人が多く滞在しています。部屋はまさにマンションの一室です。宿泊するには何の支障も無いです。
1泊だともったいないです。どちらかというと、長期滞在向きです。
周りにコンビニや日本人が行けるような食堂が無いので（歩いて20分くらいのところにある）注意。
