Pros:

家族５人で利用しました。
コロナ対策、人と人の密さを心配していましたが、恐らく対策されてのことでしょう、すれ違うことはあってもお盆にこれだけ静かに過ごせたことは本当にありがたかったです。
食事は朝食のみいただきましたが、こちらも他の客とのスペースは保たれ安心していてだけました。そしてなによりも美味しい朝食でした。ホテルのビュッフェは毎年の様に経験してましたが、種類も豊富で見た目もきれいで本当に美味しかったです。また利用したいです。あ、子供達が卓球したい、と利用しましたが、広くて気持ちよく楽しめました。

残念な宿でした
Pros:

とても古い感じのホテルでトイレも今どきではないほどの古さを感じました。
5人部屋でベットと布団の部屋がよかったのですが、和室5人部屋になってしまい、希望の部屋を選択することができなかったのが残念でした。部屋に5人分の布団が敷かれていて座椅子に座るスペースもなくゆっくりお茶を飲むことができませんでした。カラオケルームやサウナも閉鎖されていたのも残念でした。

酒店服務員非常親切貼心！值得一去的傳統酒店！
Pros:

立山為中部遊的最後一站，因為放棄了滑雪，所以趕上往立山的尾班車，到達立山已是下午五六時左右。但是由於往酒店的接送車需自行打電話聯絡的（隨時可預約，車程5分鐘），而剛好那天遇上大寒流，天也原全黑了，但酒店還是有派司機來接送！而且司機也很熱心地跟我們聊天。

到了酒店也會有店員幫忙登記，帶房，還幫忙安排回去電車站的車。

房間，酒店都有點舊，而且地方較偏僻，店員都上了點年紀。但是店員都很親切，房間又夠大夠舒適。房間內有一般溫泉旅館會提供的梳洗用品跟浴衣，還有牛蒡湯跟和菓子。

晚餐有標準的前菜，刺身，火鍋，甜點，味道可以。早餐是和洋式自助餐，種類多非常豐富。碰到廚司出來也會主動介紹自家飽點。

溫泉是傳統舊式溫泉，寬敞又看到外面飄雪，但沒有露天溫泉。酒店也有卡拉ok，比較貴，一千多日元一小時，但是沒去滑雪又是旅程的最後一天，所以決定在酒店亂花錢xd還有洗衣機提供，百元一次，到櫃臺問就會提供洗衣粉。

由於走得怱忙，有點趕不上電車，店員還好像偷偷地幫我們打去車站讓他們遲一點。。
雖然不是華麗的大型溫泉旅館，但在這裡也感受到滿滿的人情味。（也有可能剛好不是旺季）當然，自由行的話有點日語基礎會比較好。

Classy Hotel with tip-top service
Pros:

Value for money resort including breakfast and dinner. An enjoyable dinner experience. Although a distance from the train station, there is a shuttle bus that leaves at 20 minutes interval.
