The staff named Amador is unfriendly and unhelpful. The room is also dirty. Elevator is smelly.

friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly

So Clean So Good. So Centrally located!
Pros:

Very polite and efficient staff. Clean hotel throughout pubic areas. My room showed just a bit too much wear and tear. Felt a bit claustrophobic as had no window. My room had a wet room/shower/toilet etc. I don't like this combination as it's difficult to keep clean as I had no house-keeping for the two weeks I stayed there. You have to pay for any more clean sheets/towels/toilet tissue. Plastic mattress cover not comfortable. Hotel is next to main bus terminal, shopping centre and all areas are easily accessible from the hotel. I'd definately stay again, but be more choosy about my room. Overall score 5/10.
