Front office staff are a little bit slow in service

I commend the hotel for being security conscious. When my husband went out of the hotel to buy personal supplies, the staff was quick to check if I was okay. In the light of recent crimes, they are doing this to prevent possible mishap.

It’s just awesome and affordable too, i recommended my friends to stay there and they really loved it.

Nice hotel...close proximity to business establishment..good service

The hotel's location is very convenient since it is close to many establishments and to the U belt where our exams took place. Food is okay. Staff are polite and accomodating. My only major complaint is the loud noise at night bec of its proximity to karaoke bars. And also the absence of a window can make one claustrophobic

The walls are not noise proof. Once the room next to me turned on the TV with max volume. And I could hear and feel the bass on my bed. Air conditioner is noisy, can be an issue to people who are noise sensitive. The room and bedsheets are full of cigarette smell.

Bad experience all round staff were very polite and tried to help by continuously offering to change the room but it just didn't happen booked for 7 nights only stayed 2 that says it all it definitely wasn't a thriller in Manila

シャワ－やトイレが貧弱ではありましたが、ちゃんとしたホテルで値段は安く、いいホテルだったと思います。

このホテルの場所はあまり治安が良くなく、ホテルにしっかりしたガードマンがいた。そのガードマンにも荷物は前へ、夜はうろつかないようにといわれた。夕食の場所もあまりなく、ホテルのルームサービスを頼むのもありかと思う。

I think that this hotel is perfectly convenient for backpackers : low price, no windows in the room, average quality food but available at any time, noisy air conditioning, location in an underprivileged and unsafe area...Even if the staff is very kind and dutiful, I cannot qualify my stay as a success
