La posizione nei pressi dell uscita e45 e delle principali strade di collegamento con il casentino e valle tiberina. Buona la cena, pelosi accettati anche in sala ristorante. Staff estremamente gentile

Cons:

L edificio avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione. Sarebbe apprezzata una zona con sdraio anche nei terrazzi comuni.

Devono assumere più personale e organizzare meglio i turni. Il personale è eccellente e ha fatto un gran lavoro sempre, ma sono chiaramente sotto pressione e troppo pochi per gestire tutti i clienti ed il lavoro. Le condizioni lavorative dei dipendenti lasciano a desiderare. - They need to hire more staff or organise better shifts. Staff were under pressure and pverwhelmed. Still they did a great job, but their working condition is clearly not satisfying.

Sweet throwback hotel - family run - great pizza in restaurant!

This hotel was a sweet throwback. Extras included multiple beverages in room fridge and air conditioning. Be sure that you know about using your key in the room to engage the room electricity and hopefully the noisy air conditioner has been fixed. I enjoyed my pizza at the restaurant below. It feels like a family run business which I like to support.

Ottima struttura, ma notte di Capodanno da rivedere
Pros:

È la quarta volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, tanto da aver assegnato in passato sempre il massimo dei voti. Struttura accogliente, ben gestita e per me ormai un punto di riferimento quando passo da Pieve Santo Stefano. Anche il cenone di Capodanno a menù fisso, iniziato alle 20:30, è stato ben organizzato e tutte le portate erano già state servite entro la mezzanotte.

Cons:

Durante la notte del 31 dicembre non sono riuscito a dormire fino alle 5 del mattino, perché la sala del ristorante è stata trasformata in discoteca. Le pareti non sono insonorizzate e la musica ad alto volume ha reso impossibile il riposo nelle camere.
Mi permetto di dare un suggerimento per il futuro: far terminare i festeggiamenti intorno all’una di notte, così da garantire il riposo agli ospiti dell’hotel, evitare disagi al vicinato (la struttura è in centro abitato) e anche ridurre i costi di DJ e personale notturno, visto che i partecipanti erano gli stessi del cenone già pagato.

Tutto perfetto, come al solito. È già la terza volta che soggiorno qui e ogni volta mi sono trovato benissimo. Struttura curata, ambiente tranquillo e personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Una conferma.

Un hotel confortevole e pet-friendly
Pros:

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. La camera era calda, pulita e accogliente. Il personale della reception è stato sempre molto disponibile e cordiale. Ho apprezzato anche l’attenzione dell’addetta alle pulizie nei confronti della mia gatta durante le operazioni di riordino della camera. Molto gradito il ristorante dell’hotel, ottima qualità e grande comodità. Inoltre, avere il distributore di bevande al piano è davvero utile, soprattutto in tarda serata.

Cons:

L’unica piccola pecca: il distributore di bevande accetta solo monete e non carte, sarebbe più comodo poter pagare anche con carta.
