Surprisingly pleasant end to a long hard day on the camino
Pros:

Character filled, and better than the photos. Bar and restaurant were lovely. Flat walk from either Markina or Erbera.

Cons:

Pedestal fan did the job, but it wasn't a hot day when we were there. Quite dark and poky in places, but that's part of the character filled design (our room was lovely and light inside).

The best stay on our Camino. Food, both dinner and breakfast, were exceptional. Staff could not have been more hospitable and accommodating including arranging breakfast for our early departure

Estancia muy agradable, personal del diez, comida rica, desayunos muy abundantes y buenos... La localización del hotel es inmejorable, en mitad de las montañas. Chulísimo!! Venimos encantadas. Tengo que destacar la amabilidad del encargado, que sacó tiempo para charlar con nosotros y nos aconsejó y guió en parte de nuestros días por Euskadi. 🥰🥰

Staff were amazing.

Cons:

It was a little expensive for what it was. May be because if I booked directly with the hotel in future it might be cheaper. Id expect an Aircon for that price.

Pros:

Mooi Baskisch hotel net buiten het dorp. Oude smederij met binnen een grote Atrium en daaromheen de kamers. Gemoedelijk en lekker even relaxen naar een warme dag.

Cons:

Er mag wel een likje verf tegen aan. Binnenruimte perfect, kamers zijn goed maar kunnen ook wel even een opknapbeurt gebruiken.
