Hattonchatel Château & Restaurant La Table du Château

What a treat staying in a castle. Rooms very spactious, bathroom was large. Dining room was amazing. Food was wonderful. Worth the experience.

Wonderful chateau with great views and atmosphere. Large, comfortable, bedroom. Dinner rather disappointing with rather amateur service. Very good breakfast.

A stunning location way beyond expectations, excellent staff, incredible food, a real treat.

Superb chateau, ok breakfast could have had a cooked option (like scrambled eggs), lovely location for the view and peacefulness. We had the tower room which was lovely, lush sitting outside looking at the views or at the chateau.
Fine dining but im a bit fussy with my food.

Just a beautiful and quiet chateau. Impeccably clean. We stayed in the nuptial suite and enjoyed the view from the sitting area in the turret.
Dinner and breakfast were well done. The grounds had lilacs in flower and fragrant tulip trees.

Very quirky lovely old chateau, but that is where the fun stops. Check in almost impossible, you are made to feel very unwelcome, hard to get in past the big locked steel gates.

Parking abysmal, in a muddy field outside locked property no good for low sportscars, damaged my front splitter trying to get off road, owner not interested one bit.

Service terrible, food choice terrible, very dusty old and tired, would not stay again.

Very inexpensive for such a nice place

Dead bugs all over the window sills in the room. Bathroom was in hallway outside of room. Above the room was a private residence with young men running up and down the stairs outside the room until well after midnight. No help from staff when bell was rung at the entry gate. Complex key did not work. Was allowed to bring our dog but it could not enter the restaurant areas. Yet a cat was allowed to roam around the dining room.

Agréable séjour, le château et magnifique et la table du restaurant un régal. Globalement les chambres doubles classiques manquent de modernité, pour le prix nous pourrions avoir un plateau d'accueil et une TV, nous sommes dans un trois étoiles tout de même ! Le personnel et serviable et disponible.

This was my second time staying at the Hattonchatel Chateau. It was as good as it always is.

I got to see a full moon rise one night and got up early to see the sunrise.

Beautiful Chateaux in a lovely setting. Staff incredibly friendly & helpful. Restaurant was excellent, ate in there 3 nights out of 5 and the Staff went above & beyond to change the menu to ensure we had a different gastronomic delight each time.

Great property with history, wonderful hill top setting.

Hotel is an old hotel needs redecoration .

Beautiful and extremely well managed place full of history and character, amazing rooms, top of the world bathrooms, creme de la creme restaurant… thank you so much, I look forward to be back!

Very good diner, but pricey. We found a hair in the bed and in one of the drawers there was an empty chocolate wrap. The Cleanroom lady did not do her job right.
Also the room, especially the combined shower and toileteoom was smelly. That night be because of the old castle charm, but I cannot call this 'clean'.
Overall score a 9-...

Superb experience with fantastic caring hosts Fabienne and Cloe. Best end of my time out of UK I could dream of! So pleased they also accepted my dog and allowed him freedom. The night colours of the chateaux were extraordinary. Thank you so much!
